bed, cleanliness and staff were responsive to my requests. Even if this is an older hotel, they seem to be maintaining the standards of hotel service. The pool would have been nice but it is not a deal breaker

I had what I needed for my stay in Calgary.

Location was great. Was given a room near the entrance due to making it easy access for me and my toddlers.

I didn't like the house keepers not making us feel welcome. They just gave me a dead stare, and the don't smile or didn't they not say "good morning".

Room is comfortable. There’s fridge microwave. Etc. staff are nice and friendly. Didn’t encounter any problems location is close to many resto and hotels nearby

Free bfast comes in a packed snacks. You guys should bring back free hot bfast for guest.

Vevek the front desk agent. Had the best customer service I've ever seen or had. 10/10 My boyfriend and I currently are staying/living in hotels and both work full time and everyone at the Ramada is amazing. Made me feel welcomed and at home

The hot tub wasn't working. Lol

didn't have the cheaper room but accommodated us with a suite which was a gracious way to show costumer service with a new customer

so far heater in room not working have to look into this

The location was convenient. Also right beside a light rain transit station. While the property was busy, the building and other guests were very quiet. The room was large with a king-size bed. Many restaurants and major travel corridors were nearby. New pedestrian/cycling trails under construction, leading to the nearby football stadium.

Much road work all around was taking place, made for awkward navigation. Being an older hotel, some signs of age were apparent.

Hotel was close to where my grandson stayed he was down from Saskatchewan to play hockey I couldn’t get in elsewhere

exterior access and the front desk lady was extremely nice

office was kinda small for got crowded fast when people were going to grab breakfast and others checking out

We were very comfortable absolutely no problem with this hotel rate... We even brought my daughter who is 8 years old and she was very happy

Friendly staff were accommodating.
