The location was great, beautifully situated “along the riverbank” in a quiet neighbourhood, also in walking distance to restaurants. Great care had been taken to the cleanliness and decoration of the place to create a home away from home. I was able to fix my own breakfast in the mornings, and I found the sugarfree yoghurt in the small kitchen downstairs as I had requested. A nice touch.

The contactless situation. What kind of a world do we love in where there is not a soul to ask a question about the area. The wifi connection was spotty, and emails were not returned. It made the whole stay a bit sterile, regardless of the fluffy homy decors. Make sure to bring your stable internet connection. The fridge in the room was very noisy, I had to unlpug it to be able to sleep.

No breakfast but tons of treats and goodies to eat and enjoy. LOTS of tea, coffee and fruit. Very welcoming.

It may be a minor thing to some, but in the pictures that we examined carefully we saw the washer and dryer. Unfortunately we made the assumption that they were available for our use since we were on our third week of travel. Upon reviewing the guide we noticed we were not to use them. I do not have a problem with this as they are expensive and need to be treated with respect. Perhaps the owners could remove that picture so others are not mistake as we were. STILL a fantastic place to stay. Very enjoyable stay.

Almost everything about this stay was nice. The river on top of all aspects was magnificent. The cleanliness of the room, the private bathroom and the fridge inside the room were awesome. The facilities in the common area and the breakfast items were more than I expected. The dishes and in general almost all items in the common area were clean.

There were only two minor issues: 1. I could not find any slippers 2. The rooms are not soundproof, so you may hear noises from the rooms on the top and next to your room. However, these issues did not have a considerable impact on the quality of my stay and I had a nice experience. Resolving these issues makes it a perfect stay.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice having access to a washer and dryer.

It is not a B&B and should not be advertised as one. You never see the owner and the breakfast items are sparse. Fortunately, I got the email with the check-in codes. Two other couples were frustrated trying to reach someone to let them know how to access their rooms. If all of the rooms are booked you will probably not get a parking spot and have to park on the street. I did not realize this place was in a neighborhood.

We were very pleased with the location. The Bow River with its pale turquoise hue swiftly ran along behind the property. The space had every amenity needed for a positive stay: pool table, tv area, gazebo, garden swing overlooking the river, kitchen with food for breakfasts, chairs looking out at the river, and private bathrooms.

I totally understand the need for the Barn door on rollers for the bathroom because the room is small and opening a door would bump into furniture and the bed. However, it’s just not thoroughly private from the other person in the room with big spaces above the door.

Beautiful setting overlooking the Bow River, great choice of breakfast, fruit, bars, cereals juices, milks and all manner of produce in the fridge and freezer. Plenty of cupboard and hanging space in the room, which we didn’t use as we were there for one night. Shared kitchen and comfy area

The room and shower room was very small, and the bed had a base board and casters that stuck out so much, one had to be very mindful of not knocking feet and legs on them, which we did many times. It was difficult to get into the property at first, instructions could have been clearer.

There were a variety of granola bars so I had a couple for breakfast. I could not find any milk, so was not able to have cereal. Coffee machine worked well, and coffee was great. Room was very quiet and the bedding was excellent. Great nights sleep!!!

Could have had some milk in the fridge so I could have had cereal, but it was not a big issue.

Huge clean room with comfortable bed and jacuzzi. There was also a fridge and an iron. Location is good, not too far from city centre or airport. Parking spot just in front of the house. There's a supermarket in the area.

It was a bit tricky to open both doors with the codes. It didn't work right away.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable, the shower and tub were amazing, the room was clean (the tv remote volume button didnt work so that was a bit annoying but) the view from the backyard right onto the bow river was peaceful and lovely.

the parking for anyone in a regular size truck was not very good. the drive way is very narrow and the parking pad that should fit 3 vehicles will if you dont drive a truck.. very tight to get into and out of so if youre okay with parking on a very narrow street then sure. Also there was massive house construction going on next door which we were not notified of so the noise both from in our room and outside in the back was quite loud. Had I have known this information I may have chosen another time to stay at this location.
