Overall, this was a decent stay with some real highlights. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right off the highway and next to a gas station, which was perfect for our travels. There were also several great restaurants nearby, making meals very easy. The staff truly stood out, everyone was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Considering the rates of other hotels in the area at the time, the price was very reasonable.

The only significant downside was the cleanliness of the room. While it was tidy on the surface, it was in need of a deep cleaning. We discovered a smeared substance with a peanut butter-like consistency on the wall, which had been hidden by the curtains. This was quite disappointing and suggested a lack of attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. The only other minor point was the bed. Personally, I found the mattress to be a little too soft for a good night's sleep, though I should mention my travel partner had no complaints at all. This is clearly subjective and may not be an issue for most guests.

Restaurant staff very friendly and welcoming to my grandson (5 yrs old). Beds were comfy. The lamb I had for dinner was perfectly prepared. Room was ready early which was great as I travelled from BC and got to check-in before I was scheduled to. Great kids meals.

Can't think of anything that was not great. Balcony gave us the ability to spend some time outside. Pool was clean and great entertainment for my great grandson and granddaughter.

The location is great because there are nearby fastfood restos and accessible to the city

The bed is rocky and making an annoying sound even when just moving while lying down . Also, it is nicer to jave the room had an additional lighting in the middle because the room looks so dull with the lampshades open alone. We did eat inside our room and it is nicer to have a bright ambiance.

insulation in outside wall - that end of room was cold - in window heater blew out cold air for quite a while before heat began

good location on Hwy 1 on north side of Calgary. Lots of services nearby.Hotel is basically clean and fully functional, and there is an indoor pool and water slide, as well as a restaurant.

I'm told by staff that the place is scheduled for renovations in 2024, and agree it could use some updating.

Large clean rooms, comfy bed, pleasant furnishings

The outside hot tub (adjacent to the pool) was way too hot! The pool was a great temperature. Would have been good if a restaurant was available for breakfast/dinner without having to go out of the complex.

This property was very comfortable, with take-away and convenance shops next door. Bedding was great, and lots of room for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, the stuff are so polite and friendly. The hotel location is amazing , very easy to catch the Banff and jasper main road and Edmonton road as well. I recommend very strongly.

I liked the bar. Staff were super nice. It smelt really nice when you first walk in the hotel. Very convenient location.

Room smelt musky. The bathtub wasn’t very clean. The towels were torn and some were folded but were actually dirty.
