Large, comfy room GREAT bathroom. Yummy mac-n-cheese w/ pulled pork in restaurant. Great, quick shuttle (7 minutes) from airport. Make sure you look AT THE FRONT of the shuttle for the Applause and Cirque name. There is NOTHING on the side of the shuttle, easy to miss your ride and wait 20 minutes for it to return. I had the time, so no worries!

Vending machines removed from some floors. For example, only on 2 of the 4 floors. Even went to the Cirque side, same thing there. No sundries shop. Just one vending machine, over on the Cirque side (none on Applause side). Orange juice sold out of all 3 vending machines for the whole ( both sides) hotel.

Loved the shower water pressure. Appreciated that the room had bottle waters available. Breakfast was great - I could select the menu. And above all, our server, Mary, was most pleasant, helpful and helped us with information about hotel and surroundings since it was our first trip in the area.

Shuttle service at night for my friend was bad....he claimed that there were two Applause Hotels by the airport and that she needed to pay him to get her to right hotel. She ended up having to tip him high to drop her at the hotel since it was close to midnight and she didn't want to be left anywhere.

We arrived in the evening and checked in pretty fast. We had breakfast included and could choose 4 options, and same separately for kids. Room was clean, fresh, great beds, my son enjoyed sleeping alone in such a huge bed. We loved chatting with girls during our breakfast, especially Mary! We tried dinner as well. I loved their green curry! Will recommend to anyone.

The shower door, unfortunately, was leaking when showering. This made me remove water from the floor every time we showered. I think it should be fixed.

The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Convenient and quick airport shuttle with friendly drivers. The schedule for the shuttle is set, so no unnecessary waiting. Breakfast is a choice of a few dishes in the restaurant on the main floor, which for me was fine. Restaurant itself for dinner was wonderful.

Though there was absolutely no airplane noise to be heard in the room, I did experience early morning noise from people walking and talking in the hallway and from the person in the next room showering. This was a disappointment. Also at check in they didn’t point me to the right elevators, and as it is a split building, I ended up in the wrong part and had to haul my luggage back downstairs and up again at the other part of the building.

Very convenient. 1)They have 24h shuttle bus to airport that you have to reserve a day before. 2)complimentary breakfast is great. 3)tonic kitchen +bar is great as well. We arrived close to midnight and hungry. Good thing they serve dinner foods. 4) Food portions are great, cheaper, staffs are nice and friendly. 5)bathroom is bigger space 6) room is always clean, new Kudos to staffs. 7) Walking distance to casino. If you’re going to casino, they can give you a discount. 8) Service is phenomenal.

Bed light was off. Can’t find the remote. :(

The interior of the room was modern. Staff everywhere was friendly and pleasant. The facilities meet our expectations. Safe, bathrobes, sleepers were conveniently provided in the room. Decor and cleanliness was top notch.

Tips were extra to the complimentary breakfast. We didn’t expect it and had to go back to the room to bring cash. Receipt was emailed after the check out and not when payment was requested at the check in. Payment was taken at the check in and deposit was included we in total so I couldn’t verify the final transaction right away. The snow could be cleared faster on the walkway to the roof hot tub. Otherwise perfect arrangement.

Airport shuttle was great, staff were welcoming, rooms were clean and breakfast was substantial and delicious. We came with 2 toddlers and it was easy and uncomplicated. There is a very nice rooftop hot tub area and very peaceful. The hotel is aimed more for couples than families. The upbeat lobby music, bar scene, rooftop chill area, rooftop hot tub and restaurant on location. Still we did not feel like we were intruding and it was a very nice rest stop for a layover with a family There isn't anywhere to go outside the hotel within walking distance, there is an open field outside the hotel. Very close to the airport.

It was a little long to walk from the elevator to our room. But honestly really not a big deal.

The included made to order breakfast was delicious. The staff in the Tonic restaurant were all great. Especially Mary, our waitress, she was very friendly and attentive and made breakfast even better. Bed was comfy and room was clean and nice. The shower was great as well.

The only thing I can say is that it would be nice if you could access the hot tubs from the Applause side. As Clique and Applause share their amenities and the hot tubs are on the Clique side, you have to leave the Applause side and go through the shared lobby and go up the Clique elevator to access the hot tubs.

Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant (greeted with smiles, etc). They were able to print my email with Lake Louise shuttle passes which was super helpful ! Breakfast was good.

We really liked almost everything; the only small negative was the second night we stayed there (we stayed 1 night on Aug 27 and 1 night on Sep 2), in room 170, the room had a bit of a strange smell. It smelled like perhaps it was a pet room and housekeeping sprayed Febreeze to cover it up. I asked at the Front Desk and they said it was not a pet room. In the end it seemed to go away or we go used to it, so it was ok.

The breakfast was fabulous! It was much better than we have received in other hotels. Also, the woman who served us on 9/6/2024 approximately at 9:30 am was incredible. The hotel is very fortunate to have someone who works so hard to meet excellent standards.

When we checked in after a long flight from Boston, he did not let us know that we could have complementary breakfast. I called the desk in the morning and she asked if I had received an envelope and I replied that I had not. She told me I could go to the front desk and she would give it to me. It should have been provided. I learned about the complementary breakfast from reading an online review of your hotel.
