Excellent location and with space between buildings, lovely corner room with city views in both directions, spacious room layout and good breakfast. Super comfy big bed, lovely couch and fabulous bathroom. Extremely comfortable suite thank you.
A few loud-speaking adults and children in corridor and adjacent rooms with frequent knocking on each others doors when other guests are trying to sleep. How about signage in ALL HOTELS reminding guests to be aware of their noise levels (especially when travelling as a group) with respect to other guests?

Breakfast was good, though the menu said that There was omelets, but there was none that morning. The room was clean and the air conditioning was already going when we got in there, so the room was a nice temperature.
I didn't like having to pay for parking. I need to get there somehow and having to pay for parking at the place that I'm staying seems a little bit unreasonable to me if I'm staying there. I should be able to just park there. Especially cause i'm traveling. It feels like corporate greed. The continuous van in our sweet in the bathroom did not work.

Myself, my wife and three children stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with the kitchen for 5 nights. The suite was clean and well maintained. It had full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery included. Separate air conditioner and thermostat for each room and the week we stayed it was 35 degrees outside the whole week and it was nice and cool inside. Extra towels and blankets were just a call away. The included breakfast buffet was unlike a lot of hotels and was not just coffee and pastries, there were bacon, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, hash browns and Belgian waffles if you wanted to take the time and make it yourself. The staff were helpful and very nice. The location being central downtown was a big plus. Within 2 blocks of the front doors were 15 small restaurants and coffee shops, 2 grocery stores, a dollar store and a gas station. It was located central to everything you want as a tourist.
9/10 Rating - It may sound petty but it does make a difference to me. The toilet in our bathroom was one of those mini versions that seemed to be made for little people, very small and close to the floor. For a larger old guy like myself I found myself having to go down to the main floor and use the washroom outside the room where breakfast is served. The parking lot include outside parking and underground parking for small vehicles under 6 feet tall. It seemed no one wanted to use the underground parking and the outside parking lot was always crammed full. It only had 2 handicap spots on the main parking lot that were always taken and our vehicle was to large for underground parking I found myself and others having to walk from the furthest spots.

It’s really nice floor plan with separate areas of bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchenette. With some mugs, cups, utensils and pots for us to use. Clean rooms and appliances. Good soundproof bedrooms for a night quiet sleep (consider the location is at downtown). Access to ice cubes machine in the hallway. You also can do your own laundry by the basement parking spot, also available a fending machine that has some detergent that you can buy. We have nice breakfast too with standard breakfast hotels (bagels, muffins, eggs, bacons, coffees, chocolate milk and juices). The basement parking was very secure. You only can access it with your hotel magnetic card. But it just only for vehicles not more than 6” height. The hotel also located right on the corner by the traffic light closed to some convenience stores like circle K and Dollarama. Also a gas station and some restaurants. Overall we really love this hotel suites. We probably will be back if we have other events close by or just want to stay in a nice affordable hotel with family.
The sofa bed was ripped open in some corner, kind of dirty (probably because it was old) and smell funny (especially when we open the bed). Time to change it I guess. That’s why I didn’t give a perfect score for this hotel. And also it’s typical downtown life. A lot of homeless across the hotel (on the parking lot in front of circle K) and sirens from police cars or ambulances. But since the bedrooms are soundproof, it didn’t really bother us.

I loved everything. The breakfast layout was amazing! Great staff and so friendly. The hotel was immaculate, and the beds and pillows 10/10 Washing and drying facilities in the basement near the gym and vending machines are available for snacks. We could walk almost everywhere, and across the road is Dairy Queen, a kwik stop and the best coffee shop in all of Calgary - Kawa.
Nothing I didn't like - but suggestions for future updates to room, but better placement for the grab bars

The staff were very pleasant and answered all our questions quickly. We had the two bedroom apartment. Lots of space for 4 people. The breakfast was good and I liked the sign in the elevator telling the guest (in a funny way) when it would be crowded. And the water pressure was good.
The dated furniture, but I did see everything will be replaced soon.

Diane on reception was brilliant and very helpful and friendly. Our room 720 queen room with 2 beds was very spacious, and the kitchenette and bathroom were a great size. Bed was super comfy with clean bedding. Breakfast was pretty good also. The onsite laundry was very clean and convenient, even had a change machine. The gym looked good, however I didn’t use it. Very secure and safe property.
There is nothing I can think of.

The room had everything - a large bed and small kitchen area. Location was perfect for downtown. The hotel has a fitness centre which was well equipped that we made use of. Breakfast area as clean with great coffee!
Parking charges - 21 dollars per day. Should be complimentary for guests or discounted It’s a little dated, especially the room. That being said, there was refurbishment work going on during our stay so looks like this is being addressed

The location is gold, it's based in downtown Calgary, and everything is at a reachable distance. We liked that the room came with a kitchenette, and the layout of the room was good. There was laundry in the basement, which was useful. There is a gym in the basement as well. Though we did not use it during our short stay, it is good to have access to one.
The couch in the room was a little uncomfortable, and the breakfast was weak. There could have been more options provided, especially for those who do not consume red meat.

Central location. The room was big and everything was in working order. I felt very comfortable and relaxed after 24 hours of travel. It was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't go down for breakfast, but they did mention it to me. There was an ice and soft drink vending machine on my floor. Amenities in the bathroom were handy. Hair dryer worked great (for someone with lock think hair, too!). They location was easy to get to, and I felt safe there, walking distance to safeway and some other food shops.
