Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We booked this hotel as we were traveling with family and kids. We wanted to use the pool. They rent out the pool for locals to have swim lessons. First off, no one mentioned this when we booked, and it doesn't say anything about pool time restrictions online. This interfered with our access to the pool which was disappointing and we will look for an alternate hotel next time we stay if we have the kids with us again. To bad as the rest of the hotel, staff, room amd continental breakfast were all done well.

The modern minimalist style hotel was well set up. Replacing the closets and towel racks with hooks gave the room a feeling of more space. My favourite part was the super comfy beds . Included with the stay was a hot and cold breakfast served every morning and 24 hr coffee and tea service. They also had a snack bar for purchase for your convenience . There was a pool table in the main lobby area pool table to entertain you when you wanted a game which was an awesome touch for a hotel! 👍

I loved the beds but the bedding wasn’t thick enough to keep you warm and comfortable at night. I needed to turn up the heat which I don’t like to do when I am sleeping.

Breakfast is wonderful. Great location, neighborhood, and beautifully designed hotel facilities.

The toilet in my room caused me to have UTI, as the seat bowl visibly was not sanitized. The trace of the previous guests was noticeable in the form of poo spots inside the toilet bowl, which also appeared oily. My guess is that the housekeeping staff just viped the toilet seat area and flashed without sanitizing and brushing it first. It's been 3 weeks now, and I still suffer from an infection.

The hotel is neat and well decorated, and the lobby is very cosy, especially with the soft jazz playing in the background. A very large, modern TV in the room and several are in the lobby, with a good variety of channels. Free tea and coffee all day long. Water dispenser and ice maker available for use. Abundance of electricity outlets in the room and charging outlets.

It would be nice if breakfast hours were more flexible, especially on weekends, and if there were a bit more variety of items.

Very clean. Nice location. Lots of parking. Great price. Free continental breakfast was an absolute bonus!

The Room door slams shut very loudly and quickly so you just have to be careful. The bathroom just had a shower - no tub. This was not an issue for me but for those travelling with small children might prefer a tub.

Great location. Breakfast was decent. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We liked the modern look and feel of the hotel. The room initially felt small but there’s plenty of clever storage spaces we never felt we were tripping over anything. Disappointing lack of hot tub, but on the other hand the pool temperature was quite warm and nice

The lobby has a nice atmosphere with lots of seating and the coffee is on 24/7 which was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, cold and hot options. The sheets are very soft and the beds were comfortable. I liked the smell of the soap and lotion.

Some of the pillows were pretty clapped out and should be replaced. The soap and lotion are in large squeeze bottles, pumps would be better. A hot tub would've been nice.

Safe parking and the place is in a safe place

The facility doesn’t have a washing machine and dryer… we went for swimming with my kids and thought we could wash and dry our towels and costumes but the facility doesn’t have a washing machine and dryer

The hotel is newer and the amenities were good. The hotel really could have used a hot tub to go with the swimming pool.

Access to the hotel was a challenge due to area construction. But even without the construction, it is a very high vehicle traffic area.

Location was awesome and very nice, the lobby has a warm homely feel. breakfast could have been little better.

There is no closet in the room, no writing pad and pen in the room. breakfast could have been little better.
