Very spacious, clean with comfy beds. The price was fantastic, it includes breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff are very warm and accommodating. I could leave my vehicle there for a week for a small fee. The Ricky's downstairs has good food. Love the fridge and microwave in the room. There's a liquor store across the street as well.

Hot tub under maintenance, room phone was broken

Very clean.staff were friendly and accomodated us after our flight was delayed.The room was clean, comfortable bed, linens and pillows. Location is great..easy access to complimentary airport shuttle and restaurants. Delicious complimentary hot breakfast..my son said it was awesome.

I didn't like that I wasn't told beforehand that they needed a deposit on my credit card. I had cash with me, and when I made a payment on my credit card from the ATM, the bank didn't post my payment for 3 days, leaving me unable to rent a car. I don't have a problem with deposits, but they should be disclosed in the ad, not after you book and arrive at the hotel.

The free breakfast was better than I expected, the area clean and well managed and the use of plastics avoided. Our suite was very large and clean. The king bed is wonderful. Good wi-fi. The attached restaurant (Ricky's) is a definite asset, good food, great service. Excellent service at the desk and from the shuttle drivers.

The room would definitely benefit from an upgrade, the sofa bed mattress is very thin. The "kitchenette" has a fridge, microwave and a small sink, nothing more. The coffee maker is a Keurig and there is no way to make tea in the room.

Nice little coffee counter with fridge, microwave and bar sized sink. Very comfortable beds with big pillows. King room had a sofa bed (didn't use it) that was comfortable to lounge on. Spacious mirrored door closet perfect for longer stays. Continental brkfst on main floor with lots of options including gluten free bread to toast if you brought your own toaster sleeve for cross contamination.

Can't think of anything. Except one light bulb was burt out so I removed it and left it on the counter to alert cleaning staff.

Contracted shuttle driver-rude and no help with baggage; I am a senior citizen and he made no attempt to assist me with my 2 pieces of luggage and carry-on. Another passenger offered help after he had loaded his family of 4’s luggage on his own. On arrival at the hotel he dropped my 2 pieces at the entry - only made a gesture to help after I had got my luggage cart and just about had them on myself. He sure had a tip sign out! I am usually a very good tipper but he did not earn one.

I filled out an online survey and was asked to leave a tip and designate who it was for… left one for house keeping and then a second for front counter staff….After talking to staff….. they say they did not know tips were a thing. I hope management makes sure the tip money gets to proper place!

Leduc is cold in February. The lady running the continental breakfast on our last day refused to make a pot of coffee and told us to use the keurig that tastes gross and takes 10 mins to make. There was coffee on all the other mornings
