Nice to have a restaurant close by and the breakfast was great.

Construction on the main road by the hotel getting in and out was difficult at times. We travelled from Lethbridge to attend the horse races - at the races they were announcing if you stay at the Best Western Hotel mention you are attending an event at Evergreen Park and you will get a discount- they new nothing about this!

The room has a lot of space. The location is great and the breakfast was excellent. The building is clear.

There is nothing bad I can say about the place

Breakfast was amazing, breakfast room set away from lobby is a greasy touch! Guest rooms are super clean, staff is incredibly friendly.

Not sure if there really was anything we didn’t like but maybe the location at the moment with the road construction.

Rooms felt a little small. Have a large dog and it was difficult to find a good spot for his kennel in the room.

Brearkfast was excellent. We blew a breaker and got immediate service .

The hinges on the bathroom door squeaked loud enough to wake the dead. Told the desk when we left, hopefully the next guests will have less noise. The noise from the guests above us clomped about most of the night with very heavy feet. At one point dropped something so heavily that it felt like our bed shook. The pub next door does not help.

We had planned to dine at Pardino's so it was a pleasant surprise to find it on location! I really liked that the front desk called our room shortly after check in to confirm everything was good. Excellent explanation of the services by front desk upon check in. Breakfast was really good, glad to see REAL scrambled eggs and bacon!

Man attending the breakfast room wasn't super attentive, chairs and condiments on the tables were disheveled and when a customer left he wiped the table next to it, not the actual dirty one. But he was very friendly!

Rooms were a tad smaller than other hotels, which is noteworthy since I have an extra large sized kennel for the dog.

Breakfast location on the 2nd floor was okay...lot's of room and comfortable. Selections were very good.

The breakfast was great and the gentleman attendant was extremely pleasant. Made for a great start to the day. The connected restaurant was fantastic and a sports pub right there as well. The front desk service was very helpful and accommodating.
