It was okay, few options. The pineapple juice tasted stale, but the kitchen staff replaced the jug right away.

The occupants on top of our room were very noisy from 8pm onwards. We reported the nuisance to the night staff but it seems like nothing was being done because the noise kept going on after 10pm. It sounded like there were running around (maybe kids) and moving a lot of furniture (maybe chairs) and slamming of doors. It made us very uncomfortable as we can't get our sleep.

staff was super helpful! I was super concerned when we entered our room and the window faced the highway beside it because we were on the ground floor which I hate but it wasn’t bad at all! Plus in a time where breakfast is rarely included it was and was open till 10 am even on week days !

the beds while not necessarily uncomfortable were uncomfortable is the best way we could describe if they left these 40 some year old bodies very achy! Also it’s far out of town and the whole one side of the building where rooms are faces the highway directly and there is no sound barrier

Breakfast was great. Staff were fantastic, everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. Facilities were well kept. Everything seemed straightened and organized. Room was as advertised, non-smoking, "kitchenette"

Office chair in my room was broken, drain/stopper in the bathtub was too, had to remove to use the shower. Shear curtains on window were shredded in a few spots.

easy to find, the location is not so bad, after all, DC is a small town. it is quiet at night even the hotel is next to the Alaska highway. it is cleaner than most motels on my trip to Yukon.

Very close proximity to Clairmont in a nice quiet area with many amenities near by too! Nice sized room and came with a small kitchenette which was a nice surprise as well.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was basic, but adequate..

The room was behind the elevator on the 4th floor. I’m glad that the hotel wasn’t fully booked, as there was a bit of noise each time the door opened and closed. I was glad to have my earplugs! Room was a bit “threadbare, and carpet needed cleaning.

The breakfast was very nice for this type of accomodation. The eating area even had an outdoor patio. Tea, coffee, herbal tea and mineral water are available all day. The staff was professional and welcoming.

I would appreciate if the hotel made more efforts to reduce the waste from the breakfast service. For example, they could use reusable plates, cups and cutlery instead of single-use items.

The room was spacious and well appointed. It was updated and clean.

The bedside outlets weren't accessible. The bed had a missing wheel. The blow dryer was coming loose from the wall.

Everything . Immaculate, very friendly helpful staff Perfect location for us to visit family ,easy hwy access. Beds were comfortable . Breakfast had many lovely choices, 24bhr access to a variety of teas amd coffee even with favored creamers. Laundry facilities that cost us $4 to use machines and $4 for soap and dryer sheets. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was clean and quiet. Lots of parking.

A little bit away from restaurants, but honestly, this wasn't a huge issue. I would definitely stay here again.
