Had a Good stay. Couldn’t use the pool so I’m not sure how it was. Breakfast was good and the selection of snacks in the lobby were nice. Would definitely stay again.

The beds. I think they are starting at age and becoming lumpy and uneven. I’d change them sooner then later. I will definitely book earlier next time, as prices changed online the closer the check in became.

My family enjoyed the Cleanliness

I was not pleased with the pool personally. The water was looking super dirty at the time my family went to swim on Sunday September 29, 2024, evening and there were no towels for use afterward. Also, they made me eat what was not my preference during one of the breakfast.

I love how friendly the staff were, the girl at the desk gave my son and his friend and sister a treat as i mentioned it was his bday ...i love how clean and comfortable our room was , kids was happy to see the bag of treats (water/chocolate bar/chips) and they mostly enjoyed the swimming pool and slide, breakfast was great and coffee and tea are 24/7 available

It was great, super clean, friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic value.

I’m unhappy that I was not told at booking that the hot tub was not operation given that is why I booked this hotel.

The pool, water slide, and spa were amazing. The temperature was perfect in the water and the waterslide looked well-maintained. We also used the exercise room and everything we used in that room worked adequately. The breakfast was great with vegan options.

The breakfast was amazing, room was nice and very clean, breakfast staff were great, location was good.

One particular male front deck staff was super unfriendly, very unhelpful and almost seems like our requests were an annoyance to him.

Cleanest hotel ever. Spotless everywhere you look. The breakfast area is just absolutely amazing. So many option and very well displayed.

Pool needs more ventilation it gets very hot in there.

Nice room, good selection for breakfast. Gym had good selection of treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. Also weights and universal gym.

Hot tub was closed 2 of the 4 days for maintenance.

Was just great selection of breakfast foods.

The one think that I did notice was on the couch in our room there was some food stains on the arm rest and cushions that wasn’t very appealing so I used the extra blanket to cover it up so I could sit there.

The prices for the items in the lobby/front desk were a little expensive. Almost comparable to airport prices.
