Liked the fact we had two queen beds and a queen pull out sofa for 3 adults with plenty of space to move around the room. Included coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Real food at breakfast. Fantastic on-site amenities.

No fault of the property but snow clearing in the city of Grande Prairie is pitiful at best, beware if driving in the winter the side roads accessing the hotel are treacherous.

Loved the beds Have messed up back and usually in so much pain when sleeping on hotel beds. I woke up feeling well rested and pain was surprisingly low. Also, my room was amazing. Even had dishwasher. First for everything. Another thing, I was allowed my standard poodle to stay. And for those smokers, they actually have smoking room. No having to go outside. Way more relaxing.

Stupidly busy parking lot. Was hard to find a parking spot, let alone one close to front door.

Buffet breakfast was well stocked, pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed almost every day of our stay.

Stairwell was dirty Bed didn’t get made because was daughter’s pj’s were on it. Coffee pods and creamers weren’t restocked daily.

Front desk staff was awesome especially Ms. Jackie at the frontdesk. She’s superb! She made it sure we are all ok and comfortable. You rock Ms. Jackie🥰 Breakfast was perfectly served and clean. Sooo good👌👌 We had a good night rest!

The room was huge, comfy, and quiet. Price was and location was perfect for my travel. Would definitely stay here again. Close to food and other necessities. Nicer than anyone would imagine for Quality Inn.

Nothing other than not being able to sleep in longer, but that was work related not related to the Quality Inn. If ever back in area again will definitely stay here.

It had a great pool, waterside, hottub. It had a good breakfast buffet lots of variety and hot food as well as cold food options. Staff were polite and friendly and very accommodating. They greeted us in hallways and had a pleasant demanor. The room was nice we stayed in a king suite with a kitchenette. It was cozy and clean the king bed was comfortable. Had a fireplace and a pull out couch as well. Highly recommend. Also had good water pressure and temperature lotsbof hot water.

I booked the hotel as it served to a smoker … I am smoker and room was great … the location was great for using the taxi service … staff and facilities were great … happy to help me … highly recommended it … price was great

The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was absolutely incredible. Each person we came across was friendly, helpful, and patient (I was there with my two young kids). Especially Rosa at breakfast! She was attentive, helpful, kind, and friendly! My kids loved the pool the most. The water slide was so much fun.

The bathroom was small and difficult to maneuver around but it didn’t impact our stay too much.

Room was spacious, staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable.

Few breakfast options when need vegetarian, halal or gluten-free. Sheets and covers seem to be polyester so were hot and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was awesome - so many options. Our room was clean and very spacious. The pool and waterslide are perfect for younger kids.

Pillows are pretty bad to be honest. The rest of the hotel is fantastic... wish I could say the same for the pillow! Haha
