We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. From the photos included while I was booking, I had assumed that we were staying at a more dated property. However, you can tell that this hotel is well maintained, and has certainly received some renos in the last couple years to keep it looking fresh and modern. The agents at the front desk were all friendly and prompt whenever we required any assistance, and they made our stay a breeze. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were all comfortable (even the pullout sofas!). The location is absolutely unbeatable - within blocks of the central downtown core, but far enough away to not catch the noise of the main street. All 6 of us who stayed there said we would definitely be returning when we come back to Kelowna, and I would heartily recommend this property to friends and family.

Honestly, nothing! This hotel provided everything we needed, and even had more than we expected! (Like the pool and hottub downstairs, and the lovely attached restaurant).

We liked the location right by the waterfront of Kelowna - and the decor made the hotel feel different from other hotels in the area! The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and the road wasn't as loud as we thought it might be when we first arrived. It was nice to have parking on site and a friendly front desk host.

The shower pressure was very minimal and didn't ever get very hot. Our floor was also full of partiers and we were woken up multiple times through the night, but this had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

So close to the park, boardwalk and downtown

Located on main highway so maybe noisy on the highway side (we had the car park side which was quiet). Immediate view not particularly exciting but if you can look past the car park and the building work, you will have a lovely view of Knox mountain and the mountains of West Kelowna

Great location in downtown. Easy to find. We had a really quiet room at the rear of the property but highway side rooms could possibly be noisy. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Good value as well.

Not a lot. It was a good solid hotel. If you are expecting 5* you'll be disappointed but it worked well for us.

Our room looking over the park as requested was very close to the highway and so sitting on the balcony was too noisy. We enjoyed the view of the park and proximity to the lake and shops. The small pool was welcome but the fitness room needed a blind to shield from the intense heat.

We found that housekeeping came in the afternoon when we were resting as it was a very hot week we could just swap towels and ask for our bin to be emptied.

We were seeking a downtown, nightlife location to stay for a few nights...so being walking distance to everything was the Prestige Beach House. The Restaurant: West Coast Grill, best Seafood in the Okanagan in our opinion. We upgraded to a room with a nice king & huge jetted tub for a divine soak. Bed was firm but not uncomfortable...comfy cozy pillows made it more lovely. Keurig, mini fridge & microwave in room.

Unfortunately it took 1/2 an hour for hot water to come through for the jetted tub... We were patient & if didn't have success we would have just called down to front desk...so no big deal!

Location was excellent. Close to everything we wanted (restaurants, bike rentals, beach, running on the boardwalk). The room was small but equipped with a very functional fridge and the shower/toilet was separate from the sink which worked given then was 4 of us staying in the room.

There were a few guests who were very loud in the middle of the night (yelling in the hallways and blasting music).

I choose this hotel for being close to Prospera Place where TOOL was having a concert. It was a 15min walk, half that time to any pub or eatery along the way. It's a very convenient hotel to stay in for events like that. The room itself is great. Well kept. Beds were the right softness to my liking.

It's right at the corner of Abbott St and Harvey Ave; the busiest intersection of Kelowna (imo). Even though the city is quiet at night to get a good sleep, once the morning rush hour begins, you'll hear it; so 'sleeping-in' is a challenge. Which is why they include a set of ear plugs in the room. And the sliding doors to the balcony are well insulated for sound as well.

Thiks will be our go to hotel, especially due to the restaraunt. The food and sevice was outstanding. The room was well insulated from traffic noise and we were on the highway side. Perfect location, very easy to get to.

Laundry carts left in the hallway, there were several and it was after 4:00 pm. The layout to the elevator was awkward. Perhaps better signage. These criticisms did not negatively impact my opinion of the hotel.

Me and my spouse stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. We got our room, which was gorgeous, had the tub in the room. When we came back from a dinner, they had put a note and some bubbly with 2 glasses on our dresser for our anniversary! It was such a sweet surprise. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
