Perfect location near the bus/sea bus station , Comfy beds , lovely room , nice restaurant serving nice food reasonably priced.
The pool , lack of chairs/loungers at the pool side, the pool was sectioned in lanes so just lane swimming which didn’t make for a relaxing area. From 3.30pm to 8.30pm every weekday there are swimming lessons on so most of the pool being used for that , making it very noisy with the instructor shouting instructions, so not a relaxing atmosphere for hotel guests . The sauna wasn’t hot and there was a sign preventing water being added to the coals! The steam room was out of order for the 5 days that we stayed there , very disappointing.

Everything. From the moment we were greeted the staff set a very comfortable vibe. Both the check in and check out process were the most efficient we’ve ever had, and when we checked out they simply asked “did you use anything from the minibar?” I haven’t seen that display of graciousness anywhere else in the last decade. The room was modern and without any blemishes, and the AC was already set super low. I can’t remember the last time I actually had to turn the heat up during the summer. It’s the little things that win in the long run, and the service this hotel offers should have the Fairmonts across the harbour shaking. I’m in the area often with the navy and I will be recommending it to all my fellow sailors looking for a relaxing night after some time at sea. Thank you and well done!
The tiles in the pool area could use some fresh grout because it’s sharp on the feet and maybe swap out the carpets in the elevators more often. But if that’s the only things we can come up with, you know we enjoyed our stay!

Although we were expecting more of a mountain view rather than the buildings but it was still ok. The location was nice with a waterfront and a view to harbor. Room was comfortable and was equipped with everything necessary for our 3 night stay (microwave, iron, refrigerator, coffee maker, safe box). Room service was exceptional, we comeback to a very clean and tidy room everyday of our stay. Front desk staff was polite and friendly.
Parking was expensive. Breakfast could have been better. I hope they include steeped tea in their menu and provide salt and pepper on the side. The amount of bread was less compared to the rest of the items in my order.

Our plane was delayed so we arrived about 4 hours later than we expected. Despite the fact that it was the middle of the night, the staff was amazing and helped us get checked in quickly and even upgraded our room. They were also gracious enough to provide a late checkout so we could rest before the next leg in our journey. When we prepared to leave for the ship, the staff was again amazing and gave us the best directions and saved us money to get to our destination. We would definitely stay there again.

We were last here 6 years ago and returned as we had previously thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. We were not disappointed. Rooms clean, comfortable with small balcony overlooking the harbour. Everything worked. Good quality toiletries. Mini bar and fridge. Great swimming pool and sun deck to chill out a while. Good parking for car beneath the hotel. Good and varied breakfast with really kind and attentive staff. In a great location- regeneration has kicked on since we were last here and lots of new restaurants close by to the hotel as good alternatives to the hotel restaurant.
Car parking not cheap at $29 per night (but we knew this when booking). Pool area a little tired now and certainly the towels provided needs changing - small and threadbare. Sun deck could be improved by having loungers with mats.

Great location close to the shoreline in North Vancouver offering a beautiful view on the skyline of Vancouver. Very close to the Seabus station making it very convenient to reach downtown Vancouver. Hotel has a large swimming pool and a whirlpool as well as a sauna. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is very friendly. Good restaurant in the lobby - breakfast is a la carte - and also a lot of food options in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel had great breakfasts in their restaurant. I loved the location close to the water and near the ferry over to central Vancouver. There were plenty of places to eat and some nice shops nearby. You could also buy food to go near the ferry and sit at tables next to the water and enjoy the view.
The parking garage was convenient but a little confusing and expensive. I guess that's to be expected.

We spent our wedding night here and were quite happy with our harbour view room. The hotel was very thoughtful and left a card and some chocolate covered strawberries to congratulate us. We noticed there was also a store downstairs in the lobby which was open even when we checked in after midnight. Although we couldn't order room service for a bottle of champagne we were able to purchase one in the lobby so that was convenient.
The price seems a bit steep for shoulder season in Vancouver, but then again the price of accommodation in Vancouver is very high compared to other cities. I can't fault anything in the room or regarding the service or our stay itself however.

Wonderful area. Loved it more than downtown. Lots of restaurants and cafés in the area, but I can highly recomend the hotel restaurant too, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Pool area and lockerroom could have been cleaner. Could not lock in your clothes unless you brought your own padlock. And only access to terass/balcony was through the pool area.

Staff was very nice, friendly :) we received a room upgrade, thanks a lot :)! Hotel has great location, nice vibe. I recommend the sea view rooms, as you have a great view of Vancouver city, especially by night :). Then we switched to another hotel, close to the airport but I highly recommend to spend here 1-2 nights minimum, as North Vancouver has a very eprcial, nice vibe :)!!!!
Everything was great!
