Comfortable space and bed, nice products in bathroom

Check in process was very difficult to manage. Cell service can be tricky in the area and having a 100% online check in was frustrating. I had to make 3 or 4 phone calls to the staff who work off site in order to check in. The staff was helpful but the whole process was quite annoying!

Location was perfect - lovely coffeeshops nearby, great place to walk early in the morning. Easy access to Gary Point to watch the sunset. Our dog loved people watching right out the window.

Could have used a few extra blankets for comfort on the couch, or coffee maker instead of pods (or more pods in general for size of the suite).

Very nice place for families to stay. Saw pets there, and planning to bring ours here next time.

The washroom pipe is too noisy, especially for units downstairs. Was waked up every time when others flushing toilets.

Second bedroom door didn’t close properly unless you lifted it slightly by the handle while shutting it. No towel rack in the bathroom.

Pay parking was low and hard to access. Would have like to have been informed ahead of time.

We had a great stay with a room that had full waterfront view. The back door leading to the boardwalk area was definitely a plus for us. Our room had so many amenities including a washer and dryer, full kitchen with utensils and glassware to use, a nespresso, dining area and living area. We loved our stay here even though it was short. The hotel is nearby so many restaurants and shops as well. I appreciated how clean the room was. Customer service was also wonderful. Ryan helped me with getting parking last minute as I didn’t realize you had to add it on when reserving for the room. He was efficient, kind and helpful. Definitely will be staying here when we visit again.

Location, new,clean , walkable to many restaurants on the waterfront.

Our phones would only work when placed right beside the outside door to the patio. We found the barking of the small dog in the unit beside us annoying. There is no one on site to contact about a barking dog. Other than that, the unit was perfect.

Great location! The bedroom and living room were much bigger than expected! Lots of extra touches, like an umbrella, clothing steamer, and cozy extra blanket. Would very happily stay here again!

The guest portal was cumbersome to set up. I needed to take multiple photographs of my myself and my ID before one was accepted. It would have been useful to know that this step needed to be done on a cell phone rather than a computer. When we arrived at the property, there was no cell service in the parking lot or nearby area. This meant we couldn't access the guest portal that had our key code. Another guest took pity on us (saying he had had the same issue) and let us in the building. Once inside the cell signal was fine and we were able to access our room. Had I known this would be a problem, I would have printed out the instructions or taken a screenshot prior to arrival.

This was really an apartment or condo rather than a hotel. It was modern, well looked after and comfortable with lots of modern conveniences. The fully electronic check in process was easy. The location is fantastic as Steveston is quite lovely.

The app for the door lock did not work particularly well - like only once or twice so I usually had to punch in the door code rather than use my phone. In addition the heat pump made a strange noise in the night like a draining tap. It was fairly loud, to the point that I got out of bed to ensure I hadn't left a tap on somewhere. Once I realised it was just the heat pump I was able to ignore it and go back to sleep.

This hotel is in a the perfect location to explore Steveston! The room was super clean. Having a full kitchen was great! It was very well appointed. We loved how we could just walk out of our back patio door and were literally on the boardwalk.

The cell service was bad. I could text but could not make phone calls. The check in process is a bit off putting in that you basically have to have a mobile device to stay there as all communication and the virtual key are done through the portal. That being said, when I had difficulty the staff both on site when we arrived, and on the phone when we had a question, were excellent to deal with.
