We loved our 3 night stay with David & his parents. We were made to feel like welcomed guests, with David greeting us on arrival & giving lots of great info about transport, local grocery stores & restaurants, & local activities. The room was huge & very comfortable, with plenty of towels & toiletries, & there was just so much food, snacks & drinks available for us to help ourselves to. Transport both to the city & to Steveston was close by, & easy to use. We highly recommend this bnb for any one visiting Vancouver & wanting accommodation near the airport

We stayed in one of the 3 upstairs bedrooms. It was quiet and comfortable….within walking distance to a few restaurants and a strip mall with a Save-on-Foods. Very nice area of Vancouver. The host David went above and beyond offering recommendations for restaurants and suggested activities in the area. Close to the bus stop which is very handy if you require public transportation. Shared kitchen downstairs which was well-stocked with typical things for a continental breakfast. Unfortunately due to city bylaw guests were unable to use the stove…therefore no hot breakfast.

The room is spacious with all plugs needed to charge our devices. Large Tv set. The mattresses are perfect. The street is very quiet. Location the best: restaurants and supermarket a mere 250/300 mts away. Transportation: free parking; a bus stop connecting to the subway system on the other side of the street. The sea shore reached by walking 20/30 min through beautiful environment. Communication with the host, David, was pleasant and efficient. He drove us back to the airport for $20. There is nothing negative to mention. We really enjoyed very much our one day stay there and wish we could stay longer.

Breakfast was ‘help yourself’ with a welcome coffee machine. The B and B was near the airport in a pleasant quiet residential area. David the host was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed one night and visited the river, a very good Chinese restaurant and the Fisherman’s Wharf the second day. The room was large and comfortable and so was the en-suite bath/shower.

Perhaps a little more preparation of the breakfast but the coffee machine was a treat.

David was very attentive. The room was comfortable and AIR CONDITIONED a very nice feature in summer. Complimentary drinks are provided and lots of food options for a light breakfast although no fresh pastries as indicated. Quiet location and also quiet in the house.

The booking site indicated that I was getting a larger room with an extra bed.... which I didn't need. I got a room with just one bed, that looked a bit smaller that the photo. I didn't mind as it was an overnight stay.

Convenient to the airport. Our host was on hand to greet us at the door. This suite was bright and spacious and clean. The house in the surrounding area and garden was very pleasant.

There was nothing that we did not like. It was clear great effort was made to take care of many details for the traveler. Only a suggestion that they might put some attractive canisters on the table to hold the cereal and put the bowls and spoons there with it.

It''s a room in the family house near the airport. Comfortable to stay a night after a long trip. And the price is reasonable, comparing with the other hotels. The owners were very kind - we asked the additional bed, and they upgraded our room - to the other, with 2 big comfortable beds.

It was written in booking.com, that breakfast is included, Yes, it is - but it's just a common kitchen and some food items in it, you need to prepare breakfast by yourself. We asked boiled eggs, but the owner said it's forbiden for the tourists to use the gas-stove, he will boil the eggs for us by itself. But then the owner woke up in the morning - it was too late, we already were in need to leave.

Ideal location to get to the airport as well as public transport to Downtown Vancouver. Very helpful host with great advice on transport and dinner options. Breakfast was self service and had lots of options. Laundry facilities. Like a homestay and interesting to meet the family briefly. Offroad parking.

Ensuite bathroom would have been an improvement but we knew what we had booked in advance.

David is a great host, lot of details: early quiet time to respect sleep for those with early flights, self-service breakfast at any time, bag weighing devices, good advice on close restaurants, etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful night of sleep upon arrival or for departure from or to the vancouver airport.

Ideal place to stay near Vancouver Airport in a very attractive location.Lovely walks along the Fraser River, surprisingly quiet and peaceful so near an international airport! Shops and restaurants in walking distance and a host who was very helpful with any help I needed like booking a taxi.

The shared bathroom was fine so not really an issue-everything else ideal.
