My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay! The location makes it easy to get in and out of the city quickly, is about a 10 minute walk to Mayfair Mall and about a 20 minute walk to Save On Foods Memorial Arena, and is quite quiet in the late evening, even being just off a major street. There is ample parking close to outdoor stairways to upper floors. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and sofa, big TV, mini fridge, (maybe a microwave, too--can't remember!), coffee (pods) maker and kettle, and a sink outside the bathroom, which had a small tub and shower with good pressure. Excellent value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, and we will definitely stay here again!

We made a last minute booking that they were able to accommodate! With ample parking available, we were able to walk everywhere, including Mayfair Mall and Save On Foods Memorial Centre. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a nice TV with options for both cable and streaming. Super simple arrival and departure with friendly staff, and easy access to the highway. Great value for money, and we will totally stay there again!

It is a good location if you are travelling with a rental car Free-flow coffee/tea facility from the lobby at any time of the day Reasonable price for a 3-star quality motel/Inn accommodation There is a decent laundry facility on-site, and they will provide the detergent I would consider staying here again

The shower felt a bit small The kitchenette could do with 1-2 bigger bowls to make ramen noodle soup

I mostly like this hotel because of it’s great staff and their exceptional customer service

I feel they could improve three things, install a mirror with LED lights, perfect for getting ready and to put makeup on, most hotels are doing that so I think they should too. Second thing, the carpet by the washroom is not a good idea, getting outside the shower wet would definitely cause the carpet to get dirty and smells bad, dutifully my two stays I had nausea from the smell. Third thing, the shower curtain allows water to get out, taking a shower leaves the washroom floor soaked with water and I have to wipe it down twice and squeeze the excess water out of the provided shower floor towel, installing a glass or acrylic door would save a lot of time, and energy needed to wash/dry the floor towel “mat”

Very clean and modern. Adequately equipped kitchenette (like the toaster and kettle).Good AC unit. Helpful staff.

It only had one chair (for desk) but had room for a larger table with more chairs. A bit pricy for the location (not close to waterfront) and few extras ( no pool, no free breakfast etc.).

It was close to grandkids and a daughter I love to bits. (They live in a too-small house) The one unfortunate part was that the only elevator wasn’t functioning. But they upgraded me into a lovely suite with a kitchenette. There was a ramp that made it very easy to access my space.

clean, easy to get to and from the Harbor! On main access roads. House keeping was great. Front desk was great also!

Too much noise from floor up above us. You could hear them talking walking and in some cases sounded like kids running. They should take the time to have someone that has electronics, to fix the remotes, stupid to have to use 2 of them to operate the T.V., One turns it on/off, another controls the volume/channels. The bath room needs to have more handles, getting into and out of tub. Very tight bath room. Door/toilet. We could hear people next to us talking. Just glad it all got pretty quiet, when trying to sleep. You have allot of road traffic going bye. They need to put some money into sound proofing. Other than that, it was a good stay!

this was not a planned trip and to find the value we did so close to Victoria (uber $11 to downtown) the hotel was inexpensive we were a party of 4 the room was very clean the beds were comfortable over the stagg were friendly and polite we would certainly stay here again

the parking was plentiful and adjacent to the hotel, the rooms were large and clean and great pressure in the shower my favorite

The room was super comfortable and well thought out - with things like coat and hat hooks right at the door Staff were very polite and professional.

Though there is a restaurant attached, it has limited hours and options so we went elsewhere to find breakfast. How about offering a simple continental breakfast in the Inn lobby?

The staff was absolutely incredible. We were allowed to check in earlier. Not only that, but when we had to check out they also allowed us to store our luggage for us to return later. "Sofie's Dad" was so nice, he drove us to Walmart so that we didn't have to walk 14 minutes with three suitcases and two back packs. 10/10 staff, so lovely.

The sheets were very cold, it was hard to stay warm at night. It was also strange to not have a trash can INSIDE the washroom which made it very uncomfortable to use the restroom.
