Absolutely wonderful stay – incredible service and perfect for long stays We had an amazing experience at this commercial suite. From the moment we arrived, the staff—especially Uju and Arpan—were incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our plans changed unexpectedly after the cancellation window had passed, and they still accommodated us with no extra charge—something we really appreciated. The team was also incredibly dog-friendly—dogs are welcome in the office on leash, and our pup was met with such warmth and affection every time we stopped by. Whenever we needed anything—whether it was extra supplies or a quick cleaning—the response was prompt and efficient. They even remembered me by name every time I called, which speaks volumes about their personal approach to service. One evening we noticed broken glass in the parking lot, and the staff took it very seriously. They investigated and had it cleaned up within the hour—great to see that level of care for guest safety. Check-in was seamless, with all the details provided in advance, and check-out couldn’t have been easier—just lock the door and go. The room was fully stocked with everything you’d need for a longer stay: washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils—the works. When we accidentally got locked out late one night, we used the emergency number and got help right away, no hassle. All around, the service was excellent, and the space was ideal for an extended stay. Highly recommend

Location perfect for access to bike paths and walk to good restaurants/shops. Feels like an apartment vs hotel - kitchen is useful and fully stocked. Bed was comfy. Balcony with chairs was nice as well a roof top area for BBQ use. Good A/C & WiFi> There was even a washing machine but I didn't use it. Lots of parking and grounds were spotless. The very best is the staff! Unbelievable experience with both Xavier & Arpan at reception. Had a hiccup in reservation and Xavier solved it immediately beyond our expectations. No hesitation to recommend Solo Suites! You can truly rest easy here knowing you're in a clean, safe space with friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond!!

Basically an apartment; excellent amenities and space. Parking and check-in was easy, staff was available during business hours to help with e.g. extra towels or a trash bag. Having a separate bedroom for the kids was wonderful. WiFi and smart TV were great when they worked.

The main door to the room and the patio door are both frosted glass; together with the large window the room was bright and well lit during the day, but unfortunately also bright and well lit during the night. Especially during the summer I imagine, but even the artificial lighting outside made it tough to sleep in the living room bed. Bring some blackout vinyl or something to cover the windows though and you're good to go. Fair bit of traffic noise during the day but quiet at night (not really an issue for us but if you're extra sensitive to noise).

The use of perfumes both in the detergent (linen washing) and air spray. I am horribly allergic, we had to leave all windows and doors open for hours for me to be unmasked and I had to wrap myself completely in personal items (much warmer to sleep) so I didn't get hives. I realize I am about a 1 / 100 with this allergy, so change may not be worth going scent free or hypo-allergic - and goodness knows this is more common than not at vacation stays, and I still felt it worth mentioning. Other than that 5(+) stars! Thank you ♡

The suite was roomy , clean with a balcony and a full kitchen. We arrived early and the staff member was very helpful in giving us early access. The following morning Xavier , showed us two different apartment layouts which may be more suitable for our next visit. He was extremely helpful in providing us with information. Parking is really easy . Solo suites is within a short walking distance of downtown Langford. We hope to return. The internet was very fast and each unit has its own router.

The suite had a bed in the living area in addition to one in the bedroom. We only needed one. The bathroom sink had no drain stopper which was inconvenient.

It was our first time in Victoria and we decided to stay at Solo suites. It turned out to be our best decision! The room was so clean, we had everything we needed there. Fresh towels, coffee capsules, all dishes, everything was perfect. The check- in is at 4pm but our request for early check-in was easily arranged. The receptionist is the sweetest person ever! He is ready to help you all the time. Check-in process is super easy and we had all the instructions which were easily understandable. It’s only 10-15 minutes driving to city centre, so location is perfect. We enjoyed our time at SoLo suited so much and definitely will return there next time we are in Victoria!

We originally had the ground level suite which was very spacious and accessible for anyone with any mobility issues or a wheelchair. The suite had everything you could need including a full kitchen, washer and dryer. However we wanted some more privacy as we were on the ground floor right on a busy street and if we wanted to open the blinds pedestrians could see right in, so we moved to the third floor on our second night. The room was smaller but still had a washer/dryer and was also very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and flexible and provided excellent service our whole stay.

I recently stayed at Solo Suites in Victoria, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. I had booked a studio suite, but to my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer at no extra charge. The gentleman who arranged the upgrade, Arpan, was incredibly accommodating. The suite was spacious and well-appointed with two full-size TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Fresh towels were delivered proactively without us even asking, which was a nice touch. The deck offered a beautiful view, and the location just outside of downtown Victoria was perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay while still being close to the action. The hotel provided free parking, both covered and uncovered, with elevators conveniently taking you up to your room. Accessing the suite was a breeze and very secure, as they provided a code for entry instead of a traditional key. This added an extra layer of convenience and security to our stay. I will definitely stay at Solo Suites again on my next visit to Victoria. The value for the price is unbeatable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about the property, from being able to use code right when we arrived to get right in, to well lit areas, the kitchen, the location, it was clean, it was perfect, and since I was able to have seperate area to sleep and watch tv plus being able cook it really saved me some money because we could cook breakfast or have lunch or take a nap with out having to bother my husband. I will stay here again. I loved the upper deck.

The only thing I wish they would have had would have been an extra blanket , maybe a cutting board would have been handy. But not something you can’t live without.
