The suite was roomy , clean with a balcony and a full kitchen. We arrived early and the staff member was very helpful in giving us early access. The following morning Xavier , showed us two different apartment layouts which may be more suitable for our next visit. He was extremely helpful in providing us with information. Parking is really easy . Solo suites is within a short walking distance of downtown Langford. We hope to return. The internet was very fast and each unit has its own router.

The suite had a bed in the living area in addition to one in the bedroom. We only needed one. The bathroom sink had no drain stopper which was inconvenient.

It was our first time in Victoria and we decided to stay at Solo suites. It turned out to be our best decision! The room was so clean, we had everything we needed there. Fresh towels, coffee capsules, all dishes, everything was perfect. The check- in is at 4pm but our request for early check-in was easily arranged. The receptionist is the sweetest person ever! He is ready to help you all the time. Check-in process is super easy and we had all the instructions which were easily understandable. It’s only 10-15 minutes driving to city centre, so location is perfect. We enjoyed our time at SoLo suited so much and definitely will return there next time we are in Victoria!

We originally had the ground level suite which was very spacious and accessible for anyone with any mobility issues or a wheelchair. The suite had everything you could need including a full kitchen, washer and dryer. However we wanted some more privacy as we were on the ground floor right on a busy street and if we wanted to open the blinds pedestrians could see right in, so we moved to the third floor on our second night. The room was smaller but still had a washer/dryer and was also very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and flexible and provided excellent service our whole stay.

I recently stayed at Solo Suites in Victoria, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. I had booked a studio suite, but to my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer at no extra charge. The gentleman who arranged the upgrade, Arpan, was incredibly accommodating. The suite was spacious and well-appointed with two full-size TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Fresh towels were delivered proactively without us even asking, which was a nice touch. The deck offered a beautiful view, and the location just outside of downtown Victoria was perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay while still being close to the action. The hotel provided free parking, both covered and uncovered, with elevators conveniently taking you up to your room. Accessing the suite was a breeze and very secure, as they provided a code for entry instead of a traditional key. This added an extra layer of convenience and security to our stay. I will definitely stay at Solo Suites again on my next visit to Victoria. The value for the price is unbeatable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about the property, from being able to use code right when we arrived to get right in, to well lit areas, the kitchen, the location, it was clean, it was perfect, and since I was able to have seperate area to sleep and watch tv plus being able cook it really saved me some money because we could cook breakfast or have lunch or take a nap with out having to bother my husband. I will stay here again. I loved the upper deck.

The only thing I wish they would have had would have been an extra blanket , maybe a cutting board would have been handy. But not something you can’t live without.

Close to Langford. 5 min walk to center. Close to Colwood golf course.

Digital door lock. Could not get in that night. Luckily, the security came and opened door for us. The junior suite has all the things like an apartment. Kitchen, fridge etc. Only thing missing is a table and chairs to sit on to eat. There is a couch, but no coffee table. Room is small. Looks great on the advertised picture, but smaller in reality. It is not like a hotel. It is more like an apartment complex with units for guests. Would I stay there again? No. Very pricey for a night.

The location was wonderful, it was very walkable and safe for a solo female traveler. The unit was very clean and offered all the furnishings I needed. I loved the easy access with a door code, and the easy, ample parking! The staff was also very kind.

The sound transmission between units was pretty bad a couple of times, the unit above was stomping a lot, so if you don't like that, I'd recommend a top floor unit. The ground level units also offer less privacy, but I didn't mind that!

I had a great stay at this property. The place was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. The washer and dryer were a big plus, making it convenient for longer stays. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, with ample parking space available. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and the staff was great helping us get luggage up and down, given my husband's disability. They really went the extra mile!

Not a lot of. good meal options close by. Next time, we'll go ahead and splurge for a location closer to the ferry and downtown, even if parking and other expenses would be higher. But we're at an age (late 60's) where it's the little things like time and effort that make a difference. Otherwise, we highly recommend them!

We had a family wedding; and all guests from out of town stayed at Solo. The staff were super accommodating. We had reserved a 2 bedroom suite but only registered 2 people as we did not know if extra family were able to come or not. Yes, they did - 2 extra adults and 3 children. Staff gladly accommodated them with extra towels and bedding etc.. and no extra cost !!! This was much beyond our expectations and greatly appreciated. The actual accommodations were excellent. All of our guests were impressed with their accommodations as well. I think we had 6 or 7 different rooms booked.
