Great location in the very center of everything and close to the loop bus station. Comfortable bed and nice large selection of TV channels. The room was just like the photos. There's no convenient bedside electric outlet. Had to pull the sofa out from the wall to reach behind it. The shower has no safety grip or bar of any kind. Second floor balcony for this room was very large but was almost all gravel since you're walking out onto the roof of the hotel portico and has two chairs on a small concrete area and no table. Room was pretty quiet with only occasionally hearing footsteps from the room above. Probably best to ask for top floor room if possible.

A good location in a quiet area just a short walk from all the restaurants and the town centre. Parking was handy being under the hotel. Staff were pleasant, it was clean and there is a good little cafe for breakfast attached to the back of the hotel. It's possible to spend an awful lot to stay in Whistler and I would assume the cost & standard of this accommodation is at the low to mid point.

Whistler was by far our least favourite town in Canada. Despite it's location to us it just seemed so fake and 'plastic'. A shopping Mal with hotels (which is clearly heaven for a lot of people). So you'll probably want to ignore our view of the hotel and room which was that whilst comfortable it's was a bit drab and past its best. The hot tub next to the bed felt a bit seedy. Our balcony wasn't somewhere you would want to sit.

We booked for 2-queen-bed studio on booking.com, when arrived, the room assigned to us was one-queen-bed with sofa. booking.com may have made mistake with our booking request, but the hotel front desk (Mr. Tom) was helpful and accommodated us to change to the room to our satisfaction. Thank you !!

The room was spacious, beds are comfortable, beddings are nice, shower seems newly renovated. We however noticed that, one small rolled up towel on bathroom shelf had blood stains on when we opened up and tried to use the towel. Housekeeping may have missed that from previous room check? Also a hand lotion bottle supplied in the room was found with cracked bottom, lying on kitchen counter. We did bring it to the attention of front desk.

Rented a double queen room. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony and fireplace. The location was great, close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Whistler Village stroll. Conveinent to have a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and mini dishwasher. Our coffee machine was not working, so they brought us a new one to replace it. Complementary Keurig pods both coffee and tea.

It was a little strange that the jacuzzi was outside of the washroom, in the main room right beside the bed.

Hotel is in the centre of Whistler. 5 min walking to most restaurants and attractions. The check-in / check-out is very convenient, they even let us to park the car from noon, before check-in time and a couple of hours after check-out. In really appreciate this flexibility. Room is clean and comfortable. Hot tub in the room is a nice additional value.

Air conditioner is a bit loud, and it direct the air on the bed, so it's not very comfortable to sleep in the bed near it.

Huge rooms with great facilities. Really liked the jacuzzi bath. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Location is on out the outskirts of the village which is great as it’s not noisy but you can still easily access all the bars and action. Hotel facilities such as parking, pool and cafe were all really good. Will definitely stay here again

The jacuzzi bath could have been a little cleaner. Our room and balcony was on the road side which we didn’t realise when booking. It wasn’t a problem for us but we could hear the odd car and next time I would maybe request a room on the other side of the hotel.

The kitchenette allows you to prepare food. Pans, pots, knife, spoon, fork, plates are available for use. Added jacuzzi in the room makes it more relaxing. Staff are very friendly. We love the set up of the washroom and bath. Location is convenient. Uncrowded pool although access to the pool is quite awkward, you have to get out of the hotel’s main entrace to reach the outdoor pool. Pool is heated.

Parking is terrible, the stalls are too squishy. It bothers you that your car might be scratched/hit because the distance are too tight. Worse hotel parking spot encountered. Room is a bit musty probably carpet needs more care, just have to air it out by opening the balcony door. Third floor rooms doesnt really have the balcony space compared to first and second floor rooms.

The big tub was a bonus! The large balcony was lovely, but being in the trees, there was nothing to see, really. Grateful to have a full-size fridge and a couch. If you like being in the Village, this is a good spot. It was convenient for us to walk to a bar for a bite of dinner.

The parking garage is cramped; the hallways are cramped; the room was pretty crammed full of stuff to make coming in and out with luggage a bit challenging, but not impossible. The shower was terrible.

The room was comfortable and large. The bed was nice. The bathroom was good. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure and nice towels. The parking was convenient though the spaces were small and it was $25 per night. I know there is no free parking in Whistler but the hotel makes the choice to add this to a room charge that is already reasonably expensive. There was no breakfast but there was a full kitchenette in the room with a stove as well as a microwave. There was a cafe next door as well. The laundry was great but there was no change available. The guy at reception changed some coins from his own pocket so I could do a wash.

Nothing really. We enjoyed our overnight here.

Great location one block from the main plaza with convenient underground parking. Spacious rooms with complete kitchen. Our room had three closets! A great value out of ski season.

Room arrangement was funky with a jacuzzi next to the bed instead of a nightstand and not a single outlet in the room in a convenient place. Room had a great view of the mountain, but all the furniture was set up to look at the wall and not the outdoors.
