Great location in the very center of everything and close to the loop bus station. Comfortable bed and nice large selection of TV channels. The room was just like the photos. There's no convenient bedside electric outlet. Had to pull the sofa out from the wall to reach behind it. The shower has no safety grip or bar of any kind. Second floor balcony for this room was very large but was almost all gravel since you're walking out onto the roof of the hotel portico and has two chairs on a small concrete area and no table. Room was pretty quiet with only occasionally hearing footsteps from the room above. Probably best to ask for top floor room if possible.

We booked for 2-queen-bed studio on booking.com, when arrived, the room assigned to us was one-queen-bed with sofa. booking.com may have made mistake with our booking request, but the hotel front desk (Mr. Tom) was helpful and accommodated us to change to the room to our satisfaction. Thank you !!

The room was spacious, beds are comfortable, beddings are nice, shower seems newly renovated. We however noticed that, one small rolled up towel on bathroom shelf had blood stains on when we opened up and tried to use the towel. Housekeeping may have missed that from previous room check? Also a hand lotion bottle supplied in the room was found with cracked bottom, lying on kitchen counter. We did bring it to the attention of front desk.

Huge rooms with great facilities. Really liked the jacuzzi bath. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Location is on out the outskirts of the village which is great as it’s not noisy but you can still easily access all the bars and action. Hotel facilities such as parking, pool and cafe were all really good. Will definitely stay here again

The jacuzzi bath could have been a little cleaner. Our room and balcony was on the road side which we didn’t realise when booking. It wasn’t a problem for us but we could hear the odd car and next time I would maybe request a room on the other side of the hotel.

The kitchenette allows you to prepare food. Pans, pots, knife, spoon, fork, plates are available for use. Added jacuzzi in the room makes it more relaxing. Staff are very friendly. We love the set up of the washroom and bath. Location is convenient. Uncrowded pool although access to the pool is quite awkward, you have to get out of the hotel’s main entrace to reach the outdoor pool. Pool is heated.

Parking is terrible, the stalls are too squishy. It bothers you that your car might be scratched/hit because the distance are too tight. Worse hotel parking spot encountered. Room is a bit musty probably carpet needs more care, just have to air it out by opening the balcony door. Third floor rooms doesnt really have the balcony space compared to first and second floor rooms.

The room was comfortable and large. The bed was nice. The bathroom was good. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure and nice towels. The parking was convenient though the spaces were small and it was $25 per night. I know there is no free parking in Whistler but the hotel makes the choice to add this to a room charge that is already reasonably expensive. There was no breakfast but there was a full kitchenette in the room with a stove as well as a microwave. There was a cafe next door as well. The laundry was great but there was no change available. The guy at reception changed some coins from his own pocket so I could do a wash.

Nothing really. We enjoyed our overnight here.

It's located downtown, so pretty close to the shopping area and 10 min walk away from the Whistler Village Gondola. The entire room and equipment were well-maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the coffee that I can make with a coffee machine in your room. Since we came to Whistler to snowboard, we used the storage at the hotel multiple times to leave and pick up our stuff before and after our stay, and they were very kind to let us do so.

Although the shower room had a wall between the toilet, it wasn't completely separated by a door or curtain, so the bathroom floor got wet after taking a shower.

Location very central to Upper Village, very clean, very comfortable, kitchenette well-supplied, free coffee/tea Keurig refills and 24/7 snack shop (very handy in Whistler), fireplace and heater, good cable TV selection, balcony with furniture, friendly and knowledgeable staff - generally the facilities and room amenities were really good.

Walls were a little thin so you could hear people's voices or activity, pet noises, from adjacent rooms. Gym was not super-well equipped for different kinds of workouts.

We left the hotel and a few hours later I realised I had left my credit cards and bank cards in the room. We contacted the hotel and they retrieved them for us and forwarded them on to an address in Vancouver where we were staying. First class customer service.

Not much, the hotel, the staff and the resort where all first class.

There was a tub inside our room. Great for kids. There was a patio. There was a full kitchen suite. (Microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, full size fridge). Receptionist is kind and friendly. Location is great.

Very early check-out at 10am compared to others. Wifi is slow. Air conditioning in our room has poor layout preventing circulation Television can be bigger relative to room size.

Room: Was clean with plenty of room. I loved being able to sit out on a balcony - was perfect for viewing the Northern Lights. We love the location as it's in a quieter part of Whistler, yet still very close to the Village stroll, restaurants, etc. I also enjoyed all 3 restaurants that are attached to the property. Excellent food and staff.

The pillows were too puffy for my neck, which needs better support; as well, the mattress was a little too soft for me (not him).
