The inn's location is excellent, in the main center. It is easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the parking lots (#1 is the closest). The inn also offers parking at an additional fee if you prefer not to deal with Whistler's unique parking payment system (free from 5 pm to 8 am during summer). We had a suite with a balcony, which was a plus at the end of the day to unwind.

The front desk receptionist was uninformed and lacked customer service skills. There was no welcome from his part at all. Other staff members were fine. I'd recommend the hotel to provide basic pots and pans. There is a full stove and oven in the suite, but no pots or pans to cook with.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Situated right in the village, you're walking distance to everything from the lifts to Olympic Plaza. It is very quiet and clean, and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel doesn't have the greatest "views"...but you should be out enjoying everything Whistler has to offer - not sitting in your room!

There was no kettle in the room, so for us tea drinkers, you have to put water through the coffee machine twice (once to clean it from the coffee taste, another to get hot water). Other than that, everything about this stay was perfect.

Good ambience as soon as you walk in! The bell hop trolleys in the parking area were a great help. Our pool and hot tub view was entertaining! Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect! Loads of towels available when you get out of the water. Staff were very pleasant. Perfect location for wandering around the village.

Our suite was FREEZING when we arrived, as if no one had stayed in this room for a long time and they shut the heat off. The heat had to be switched to ‘on’ mode with a special key so maintenance had to come, which took some time. Then when it was sorted it took HOURS for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. There were no robes provided for transit between room and pool. We were looking forward to having a fire but the fireplace was ‘out of order’. We assumed since they appear to be wood burning fireplaces they don’t want to deal with the hassle of irresponsible guest use (understandably), but it can feel misleading when an amenity that may be a factor of swaying your booking is not available upon arrival.

Great price for 4 adults and 2 children. Room was a good size, location was excellent, linens and towels were clean and fluffy, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didn't hear anyone else so I can only assume the sound transmission is minimal between suites. We would definitely stay again.

The kitchen knives were dangerously dull, the hotel common areas like the lobby, hotel washrooms and corridors could use a face-lift, and so could the rooms to be honest. The parkade has several water leaks from pipes or the floor above which could signal poor maintenance. We stayed in the building that has the lobby and the secure parking, so perhaps the other building is in better shape.

Location was excellent, attached garage was important and spaces seemed adequate in number if somewhat small. Very little wait for the elevator ( 3 story building ). staff very helpful and engaged. Kitchen was satisfactory.

Loft room configuration was awkward. Stairs lacked effective illumination at night, (bathroom is on 1st level) ,seating area was cramped due to the Murphy bed. Pet fees $ 30.per night and garage fee $32 per night, seemed somewhat high. Since there is no street parking at hotel few options. Enjoyed our stay, would return.

Perfect location at a couple mins walk from both the lifts (Whistler and Excalibur for Blackcomb). Although located so close, it still feels secluded from the party atmosphere in the town. The studio room had full kitchen, and was well stocked with coffee supplies. The room was very spacious.

The sofa bed quality was too basic. The mattress was so think that you could feel the iron bars below it. The hot tub could have been a bit larger given that it was mostly in demand in ski season, and not the pool.

Nice location in the village, close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos to Ben! We parked in the convenient garage which is attached to the hotel. The hot tub and pool were clean. The pool area was a relaxing place to sit after a day of hiking. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby in the mornings.

There was no desk and only one chair in our room.

It‘s located in the heart of Whistler Village, literally 90 seconds on foot from the ski lift! Also the pool, hot tub and sauna were really nice, especially in the winter when it’s so cold outside. Also, we were offered parking by the hotel upon check-in, but the staff were kind enough to inform us about other overnight parking options in the village which were much cheaper. That‘s kind of them!

The room perhaps felt a tiny bit dated, but not too bad at all.

Details on parking , struggled to find our way into the underground parking, no lift there had to drag our cases up the stairs, in hindsight leave the cases in the lobby then park, tv didn’t work, however reception soon sorted out for us, leave better instructions in the room no clear on booking that it was 2 separate buildings , reception staff were extremely helpful and room very comfortable

I arrived before check in time and Laura was fabulous getting me and my service dog early access to our room. Thank you Laura!!! There was plenty of space in the unit as we had a loft but slept on Murphy bed on the main floor as the TV was there. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and the room, although a bit dated was exceptionally clean!! Easy access to everything as it's right in the heart of the village. Parking access easy and enjoyed a coffee and cookie from the lobby before hitting the road home. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Whistler.
