very good, comfortable room, great bathroom. quick ride from the airport, the hotel pays for the taxi so that was great for late night arrival. close to bus station that takes you to city. breakfast is decent taste wise, then complimentary coffee or tea through out the day was nice also.

room air conditioner, though i turned it off made random sounds sometimes. breakfast plates and cups are all single use paper which was weird and not very appetizing (taste wise it was good tho). neighbourhood is not much, its main value is proximity to airport.

Great location close to the airport. The bed was on the firm side if that's what you like. The room was very clean and large. Provided coffee was nice and there is complimentary breakfast but I didn't have it.

The shower poured more water out into the tub than out of the showerhead. The temperature controls didn't seem to work well. I wanted it much cooler but it seemed set at a certain temp.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty on offer. Our room was comfortable and very clean although a little dated. A very good restaurant - The Chop House - five minutes walk away. Our car hire company - Town Cars - had an office in the reception area which was very handy for our car pick up the next morning.

A lot of noise from the room upstairs from ours. Sounded like someone constantly thumping around and jumping about until well past midnight. Was a bit annoying as we were very jet lagged after a long flight from Sydney and it really disturbed our sleep. Not the hotel's fault though just rather inconsiderate guests!

Our room was nice and clean and we absolutely loved the in room coffees. Wish we could find some for home use.

The breakfasts were less than spectacular. The waffle machine wasn't working and no option of topping even if it were. Only white bread, nothing at all in fridge, hot items were barely even warm and tables were all left unwiped. I know it's not a great job but a good breakfast will keep guests happy and coming back.

room itself was clean and great, a little hot but still great, beds were very comfortable.

front person, couldn't hear though the plexiglass. didn't hear when she told me when the breakfast started and how long it was on for. When I did ask her on the times, she responded even lower voice. That's when I took the room card and walked away. no signs in the rooms or the lobby area what was offered and times. hotel room phone wasn't working. regardless of this, it still was a good stay.

Room was very nice. Hotel almost felt like a few upgrades had been done not to long ago. Or at least a very good clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Lightning in room. Lots of lamps but even with all on at once it was still very little light. Hard to read when you have to put lamp really close and be just about right under it to see anything. I’m not too sure why this is so common in hotel rooms but find it quite frustrating

Friendly staff. Slight error on booking. Typo on my name really.. but the staff found it quickly. Fixed it. Room was very comfortable. It was clean as expected. Since I'm not familiar with that area I am happy that it is close to the airport and easy to get to. Convenient.

I have no complaints

The room was clean. All the amenities were there.

The room was cold. I tried to crank up the heat. There was a limit. I was cold. The breakfast was ok. The quality of the coffee was below average. There could have been more variety in fruit. I prefer 1% milk to 2%.

I was told that there was little noise or at all between the guests rooms. It does sound accurate. I asked for no carpet powder to be used from housekeeping during my stay. That was made certain I was happy with.

I didn't have gluten-free choices much for breakfast. I needed my protein. Happy for the fruit & tea.

The king bed room was lovely,the sheets were crisp white and excellent quality. Good mattress and nice pillows. Tub was great and the bathroom immaculate and nice.shower very nice. Bfeakfast was very nice overall but instant folgers coffee a dissapointment. Overall wonderfull!

Instant coffee at breakfast,muffins were stale and dried out.
