I love the fact that they close the pool daily 11AM - 1PM to clean. And when I say clean I mean a deep clean. The breakfast was amazing. I LOVED seeing the employees eating at the breakfast buffet as well not only does that show me company moral but it means that they trust the quality of food being prepared there. The slide was amazing. I 15/10 recommend and would definitely return.

The elliptical in the gym wasn’t working and the guy in maintenance was able to get it up and running. He checked back in with us 30 mins later to see how we were were doing and when we told him the elliptical was done again he said he would put in a repair request.

The breakfast was delicious had lots of choices and the location was perfect. It was very clean with beautiful decor. The bed was very comfortable and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sound level was very good too, like the room was soundproof, we couldn't hear anyone else and there were a lot of kids there, so that was very nice. The room also smelled good, it didn't have an old suffy hotel room smell.

The pool could have been a bit bigger and one of the housekeeping staff was rude but I was compensated for it.

Pleasant impression of the hotel, very clean and tidy, the room was clean and fresh, everything was excellent! We were with our family and chose this hotel, the room had everything we needed, we were missing one chair, and we asked the administration, who fulfilled our request very quickly. The pool was clean, the slide was for children and adults, the training room was clean, the atmosphere was nice, the air conditioning was working, the bathroom was clean, the atmosphere was nice and friendly staff, the breakfast was amazing, everything was top notch.

We liked that it is pet friendly! It was quiet for the most part. Clean but tub needs a total refresh as it was looking "tired" no shine so it appeared unclean but thinking it's just past its prime. We liked the facilities. My husband enjoyed a quick swim in the indoor pool.

We didn't think there should be carpets if booking with a dog. Our dog was sniffing constantly and luckily we were able to place pee mays in all the right pla es before she went! Still a puppy but carpets are a huge no no. Not sanitary when other dogs have most likely had an accident or two.

The room was great. We upgraded to a King’s Suite. The suite was really roomy, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself seemed very clean, comfortable and very secured. The breakfast was great and the eating area was very cozy. Soup was even offered to the guests free to take and popcorn was offered when we checked in. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. It was an overall wonderful experience.

Loved the pool and gym, the staff were kind and amazing. Breakfast was included and that was a bonus for sure. Room was newly renovated and the room was overall what was expected. The water slide was a major hit for my kids and husband alike. The hotel was central to most activities and easy to access from the highway

The major downside was being on the side facing the highway and the traffic noise was a little loud for country people. The hours for the breakfast was early but nothing that will prevent us from being back

I knew what to expect - and it delivered. Rooms were clean as was the whole property, inside and out. Staff was friendly, and amenities worked. Breakfast was available on time and check out was easy.

I am not fond of the lobby breakfast offerings, at any of what I call 3-star by design chains. I don't expect the offerings to change as I recognize that what is offered is exactly what the majority of its guests are looking for.

I booked online and asked to weeks ahead of time for early check in. I wanted to pay for early check in so I would know it was going to happen. We had to get ready for a Christmas party. Never happened. We needed to wait until 4:00 pm. Party started at 5:00. Very disappointed that we couldn’t get ready. Had to do it in the car.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide selection of delicious options, perfect for starting the day.

While the property isn’t located in a central area, it’s easily accessible, and the quality of service and amenities more than makes up for it.

Our room was well appointed, and comfortable. I was grateful for the iron in order to press a couple of shirts. Staff were very accommodating.

The breakfast provided was rather bland, ie omelette, sausage, potato pieces. However, the breakfast room was spacious and clean.
