Breakfast bagels were sooooo fresh. Coffee, juice and yogurt were conveniently located for snacking in the evening. Clean, comfortable , quiet room. Conveniently located beside restaurants , gas station and grocery store . Close to shopping... Close to NS border.. We went on a day trip to visit family in Oxford, NS, day trip to River Hebert NS,, day trip shopping in Amherst NS and day tri to PEI so the motel was perfectly located for our needs. Staff were very friendly!! This motel came highly recommended .

Would have been a little nicer if there was an elevator or railing in the middle of the wide stair case as my fiance is crippled witth braces on his legs and has to use a cane BUT it did not deter him as the railing against the wall was solid and everything else was wonderful!!!

Keeping in mind it is an older Inn, we were so pleasantly surprised! The Inn was clean, the staff was great, the rooms were spacious, bed was comfy and the extras were such a bonus! Our room had a mini fridge (pretty mini but it did the job for us) and a microwave. They don’t have coffee in the room but they have a 24 hour coffee bar kind of area when you can always get fresh brewed coffee but they also had assorted tea and hot chocolate. There were also 3 areas guests can use for eating or playing games. We used one to play cards and eat. Lovely time. There was also a washer and dryer to use, $1 a wash and $1 to dry, we needed to $2 to dry. Either way, way cheaper than a laundry mat and right next to the area we were eating and playing a game. They also sell tide pods for $1. It felt like a home away from home. 100% recommend!

The breakfast was ample and delicious. The room was large. Having a guest laundry was a bonus.

It would have been handy if the concierge had change on hand for guests to be able to use the laundry. People travelling don’t always have coins or know where a bank or teller machine is. There was a teller machine next door in the restaurant foyer but we had to find that ourselves. The fast food outlet nearby were not happy about giving change.

I have stayed here before. I love that it is close to the Highway and easy access to town. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The room we had was very comfortable and clean.

It is too bad that the breakfast room is not a little bigger. I would love to see a queen size bed in the room we stayed in. But overall our stay was great.

Breakfast was pretty good - there was decent selection. The room was clean and met our needs. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Nice to have microwave and fridge in the room. Handy location to shopping and fast food as well as the university.

Really would have liked a coffee maker in the room or better coffee downstairs than that which comes from a machine. The cream was sour as well.

The very easy access to get our luggage in and out. The friendly staff. The quiet street. The yummy muffins and bagels 🥯 at breakfast. Nearby places to eat. The clock that lets you shut off it's light\display at night.

Having to get down on the floor to adjust the refrigerator temperature. The chairs in the breakfast room.

Location suited our needs, handy to downtown and our activities. The bed was just firm enough and the staff was helpful

The noise factor, people coming and going until late in the night and early in the a.m. using their outside voices. Not much for noise insulation.

I always like going to this place. The staff is some of the loveliest I know and my room is always spotless when I go in. I didn't get the room I love because I was late booking, but it was still a very nice experience.

Having fruit for every breakfast would have been nice.

Breakfast was perfect for what we were looking for. I really appreciated the fact that they gave us a ground floor room at our request and really liked that you could access the room from the hallway or from the patio door. This was super convenient.

The room was a bit dated, but in relatively good condition considering.

The breakfast was OK since it had been advertised as continental. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with the laundry facilities, and the charge for doing laundry was very reasonable.

The breakfast room was small and seemed crowded.
