Great staff and very accommodating front desk. We had a bathroom door locked situation caused by us. The front desk immediately provided an option to change room and resolved the issue when maintenance team was available and we managed to get stuff locked inside. Also we were late for our breakfast but the staff managed to provide breakfast items in boxes for us to make sure we get it... Electric level 2 charging was a great plus for us. Great to have your vehicle fully charged before you leave in the morning! Rooms were very clean and whole hotel was very clean and pleasant place to be in.. Highly recommended ! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

the room was very clean and the bed was great. Customers should be reminded when booking that there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Customers travelling with pets should be encouraged to book rooms on the ground floor. The breakfast room staff are very nice and ready to help you with any special requests.

The pool is nice. However, there are no change rooms in the pool and gym area. The pool area is very industrial looking and the area could be made more inviting. The air conditioning units on the 2nd floor rooms are noisy when they come on

Breakfast was good, staff was amazing. The location was great as it was within walking distance of several restaurants and we were a larger group so it had something for everyone, including Halal options.

Not to do with the hotel at all but, we were walking home from a restaurant and a van with 2 men kept shouting at us to “go back to our country” they were so impassioned by this that they almost hit the road median and light post. It was a terrible conversation on the way home for our children about useless hate. We are all born in Canada..

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service. Although my room for the first night had a bad smell they were able to move me to a room which was most comfortable for the remainder of my stay. The breakfast was great. Housekeeping staff were wonderful

I wasn’t aware there was no elevator but fortunately there was a very helpful maintenance staff who carried my bags up the stairs. The breakfast room was always too busy and so I took it to my room. A bit pricy for a somewhat rural location

Breakfast was very good! Room was nice and big. Temperature in room for sleep stayed nice and cool all night as opposed to many other motels where the air shuts down at night and you wake up hot in the middle of the night. I slept the whole night through!

The bathroom was very small. In room coffee was awful! Did not like that there was no elevator, kind of difficult lugging suitcases up all the stairs. Did not like the section we were in to be unattached to the main building. Therefore didnt use the pool as I wasn't going to walk around in my bathing suit and towel. Ditto for the gym. Usually I use both of those facilities.

The breakfast was almost perfect, two types of meat and there were beans. I didn’t see boiled eggs. The kids were so happy to eat strawberries. The room was spacious.

There are no black out curtains. Actually the light dimming ones were more of a decoration so the sun was shining really bright very early in our room. Because of that we also couldn’t prevent being seen from the outside in the evening.

Breakfast was lovely. Good selection. One day Scrambled eggs, back bacon, the next scrambled eggs with a. House of sausage &/or vegan sausage. Boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit plus the normal bread products. Even banana bread. Clean, staff friendly & helpful. Excellent coffee. Beds & pillows were wonderful. Also the duvet

Everything was to my satisfaction. Nothing I disliked. I enjoyed having a sofa in the room, also footstool & little end table. Fridge was certainly nice to have. Comes stocked with normal items in all hotels. Bathroom was small, but was fine for us.

Door knob in bathroom needs repair ( very loose. Faucet fixture in shower needs replacement Poor lighting— just a couple lamps provided in the room Rooms are outdated Complimentary buffet breakfast constantly running out of refills from food to plate wares

Rooms were clean and comfy.

Our family went down for early breakfast. Dining room was absolutely disgusting. Beer cans everywhere, pizza boxes, half eat pizza slices on tables along with half eaten bags of chips. No attempt made to clean up the night before party before breakfast patrons arrived.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom could be a little less snug but was still adequate.

Carpets in common areas were a bit used but with so much foot traffic I can understand it can’t remain clean all the time
