Breakfast was great, and it needs to be open at 6am though to better serve the construction customers who have to be at the site at 7, leaving for little time to eat. The pool and hot tub were great, besides parents bringing their young children into the hot tub with their pool noodles, splashing, highstrung, and the parents didn't read the sign saying maximum 4 people. So we left.

We came here for my daughters 5th birthday and we were so pleased with the hotel. All the staff is super kind and accommodating for families with young children. They made our daughter feel very special for her birthday as well with her two sisters. The pool and hot tub were both amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pool opened a little later than I hoped although I know that is quite normal.

The breakfast was wonderful: they have a pancake maker, and cinnamon rolls everyday. The food in the 4 serving trays get changed everyday so one day cheese omelets next day scrambled eggs, one day bacon and the next one baked beans plus 2 types of breakfast sausages. The pool and hot tub were really fun as well. There is a shower by the pool but no bathroom/changeroom connected to it so change in your room first. The beds were very comfortable, soft sheets, a Kurig, microwave, and mini fridge (with no freezer in it) in each room. Ice dispensers are on each floor, as well as pop vending machines. There are 2 coin operated washing machines on the main floor as well. All bathroom/shower products are Dove based. Pets are allowed for an extra fee and they even have a pet water station in the foyer as well as pitchers of cucumber and lemon water for human guests checking in.

I stay every year, twice per year for long week end, as it's close to the track. The room is always very clean, and the staff is very friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was a musty smell when I got to the room. The A/C was off, and once I turned it on, the smell seemed to have gone away. But still, not really a big deal.

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great. Like the hot tub our second day as all the kids from family day had left. LOL

WE were in a room next to a dog that whined and barked I'm presuming when it's owners left it alone. Some nights up to after 10 in the evening. We did not know we were being put next to a dog room. The beds were a tad soft but they were pretty comfortable. We had a red stain on our carpet not sure what it was but otherwise the room was nice and clean.

Right from the beginning, staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in was smooth and quick. The hotel is clean and quiet. The room was well stocked. The in room fireplace and jacuzzi tub were welconed additions. The accessible parking is right out front, steps to the entrance. The rooms are spacious, yet cozy. Breakfast selections were great quality and variety.

The pool facing the parking lot was not a great discovery. Frosted windows for privacy would be welcomed. It would have also been logical to provide a bath mat and soap, shampoo etc for the jacuzzi tub area since it's in the bedroom, not bathroom. Labels for the multitude of power and light switches would have been helpful too

This place was so clean, and the staff were friendly. You get a free hot breakfast which had: pancakes, bagels, cream cheese, scrambled eggs, baked beans, turkey sausage, pork sausage, oatmeal, cereal, apples, bananas, yogurt and muffins. Hot coffee and tea at breakfast and available in the front lobby. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast lady seemed pretty upset and I couldn’t hear her complaining loudly to another staff member about how busy it was and how they better give her a raise. Didn’t seem appropriate to be doing that within ear shot of where we were sitting for breakfast and were were about 10 feet away. (Between 9:00-9:30 on Monday August 7, 2023)

My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. A good sized room too. The morning breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

I generally don't like carpeted flooring and in this room #204, the carpet was warped/damaged; not flat and smooth. I was disappointed that the pet fee was so high for my little 10lb non shedding quiet dog at $25+tax per night.

Location was pretty convenient, especially given the fact that I don't drive, so we just took an Uber in. There isn't a huge amount around given the hotel is located in a car park, but we only intended to stay in for those two days anyway so it worked quite well with what was available. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with check-in and out. Facilities were quite nice all around, just like our king room. Bed was super comfy!! But our favorite part, without doubt, was the stellar and DELISH breakfast. I may or may not have overdone it both mornings we were there... ;) 10/10 would book here again for the same kind of stay in/staycation style stay!

Our stay was amazing. Everything about it from the comfort cleanliness facilities staff truly amazing service. Wasn't expecting a hot breakfast so that was a very pleasant surprise.
