I really thought the staff were great...especially the concierge who checked me in and the waitress Joanne at their restaurant

I did not like booking.com because i had cancelled this stay but you did not cancel it...so i landed up having a double booking.....but luckily Hilton Garden Inn staff were wonderful and fixed the double booking for me....so kudos to them and shame on you.....i will not be using booking.com ever again.

The room was nice, staff was great. Location couldn't have been better. Breakfast was great, but it is not a flat rate like it says on the site.

Room temp was set to 68 degrees. There was a snow storm, so it should have been set higher based on the weather. Took hours for the room to heat up by 4 degrees. Needed an extra blanket as I was so cold. Expected a lot more from a Hilton, but overall, everything was good.

Spanking new, very clean, and very comfortable beds. Fast and efficient check-in and check out. Lots of parking. Lobby smells nice and fresh. Rooms squeaky clean. Right in the hub of Sudbury with lots of shopping and restaurants around

Our bedroom window has shades that are not 100% black out, so I struggled to sleep straight through the night

Great location! Overall very clean and beautiful rooms.

If I had to say anything negative, the bottom of shower has black mildew built up and the air conditioner was super loud and rattled, other than that everything else was great!

The woman who checked me in at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. The lobby had a really neat 'shop' thoughtfully stocked with a wide variety of snacks and more substantial frozen meals. Very impressive and convenient. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a beautifully designed bathroom. Great shower. Good breakfast and friendly staff in the restaurant the next morning.

It was all great. No complaints at all.

What a surprise! Absolutely beautiful facility! We loved the contemporary flare! The staff were courteous and very friendly, and extremely competent dealing with their guests! Thank Corrie for making the experience a valuable experience! The facility, the staff gets a “10” from all of us! With our gratitude…a big thank you!

The only thing that could have made our visit better? If only we could have stayed longer!

I could of had a smaller room I was given the disability room & we are not disabled & no shampoo in shower & the blind wasn’t working properly

Clean, large room. Breakfast is a lie. It is NOT included. The guest has to pay for breakfast from a sparse, overpriced menu. Saving grace is that Cora's is nearby.

Being told that breakfast is included when in truth it isn't.

staff were very welcoming and efficient. They were very accommodating when we mentioned we were coming for a funeral and would appreciate an early check-in to get ready. Be accommodated us immediately. A very clean and pretty property. The rooms were spacey and lots of room for clothing and items. Very modern and workable bathroom.!

mostly wonderful! I thought they could improve the pillows and the duvet on the bed.

We stayed an extra day, and staff accommodated that. They were friendly, competent and polite.
