Clean comfortable space with two rooms, bathroom and kitchen per unit. Location is near the university, so people are good, no person under drug or alcohol influence was met. Each unit has fridge and microwave. No stove and no dishes either. No washing detergent for dishes and no sponge. Parking space is limited, but we were lucky to always have a spot when we arrived. There also is a washing machine at the first floor that can be used for additional payment.

It is positioned like an apartment, bit it's not. It's more like hotel+. Despite the kitchen is included, you can cook almost nothing there, taking into account that no dishes, stove, sponges are presented. Advice to take some dishes with you as well as a sponge for cleaning them.

The residence at Boreal College is basic. It's a student residence. I booked it because I was travelling with my brother and we wanted two rooms. There is WIFI, AC, clean sheets and duvet, In the kitchen there was a fridge, sink and microwave...no plates, glasses or cookware. The bathroom is a good size and adequate for us. The rooms were all very clean.

I didn't like the location...too far out of town. But it is quiet. Needed to take the car to reach a restaurant. No TV in the room or in the common areas of the residence.

We always had the shared kitchen to ourselves. The games room was empty most of the time. The staff were really nice. Parking was free.

We had to park a few minutes walk away, down a hill, because the tiny lot by the dorm was always full. Although free of debris, the floors were very, very dirty. It was super cold, even though the thermostat was set to maximum and all the baseboard heaters were on. Cold air was constantly blowing in through the vents.

I loved how comfortable the room was and how family orientated it was. They had a games room that my kids absolutely loved and it was nicely located close to where my son was practicing.

I didn't like how I was unprepared for what wasn't in the room. Because it's a dorm room you get a microwave and a fridge, there is no coffee maker

Great place high on top of a rocky hill, beautiful and safe to walk in the streets and wood. Secure for alone woman.

There is no street name at the bottom of the hill and no indication, only the school flag which isn’t mentioned on the reservation site.

The lounge room. This is cool, couple of gaming zoon like table tennis, Foosball table, PSP and many more.

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

Very clean spacious rooms for a stay in Sudbury. Two spacious rooms with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very good value, would totally recommend staying here.

There was no kettle or coffee maker either in our room or in the communal kitchen. The communal kitchen had basically nothing, not even pots and pans. Not the best if you are looking to cook something yourself.

The location was easy to find and access, decent proximity to restaurants and shopping. Clean, comfortable. Parking is free.

There isn't someone at their reception desk 24/7 but there is a phone number to call. Factor that wait time when checking in or out.

Nice location, out of the downtown area, calm area. Located beside trails. Really like the 2 room concept, and full size fridge in our table area!

Was too cold on the first night (19 deg C), but found the control for the electric baseboard heater the second day (directly on the baseboard heater), so was able to bring temperature to 23 deg C for the 2 other night.

We were 4 and it was very comfortable. Mini rooms have two bedrooms and air conditioning for summer time was great.
