The residence at Boreal College is basic. It's a student residence. I booked it because I was travelling with my brother and we wanted two rooms. There is WIFI, AC, clean sheets and duvet, In the kitchen there was a fridge, sink and microwave...no plates, glasses or cookware. The bathroom is a good size and adequate for us. The rooms were all very clean.

I didn't like the location...too far out of town. But it is quiet. Needed to take the car to reach a restaurant. No TV in the room or in the common areas of the residence.

We always had the shared kitchen to ourselves. The games room was empty most of the time. The staff were really nice. Parking was free.

We had to park a few minutes walk away, down a hill, because the tiny lot by the dorm was always full. Although free of debris, the floors were very, very dirty. It was super cold, even though the thermostat was set to maximum and all the baseboard heaters were on. Cold air was constantly blowing in through the vents.

I loved how comfortable the room was and how family orientated it was. They had a games room that my kids absolutely loved and it was nicely located close to where my son was practicing.

I didn't like how I was unprepared for what wasn't in the room. Because it's a dorm room you get a microwave and a fridge, there is no coffee maker

Very clean spacious rooms for a stay in Sudbury. Two spacious rooms with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very good value, would totally recommend staying here.

There was no kettle or coffee maker either in our room or in the communal kitchen. The communal kitchen had basically nothing, not even pots and pans. Not the best if you are looking to cook something yourself.

Nice location, out of the downtown area, calm area. Located beside trails. Really like the 2 room concept, and full size fridge in our table area!

Was too cold on the first night (19 deg C), but found the control for the electric baseboard heater the second day (directly on the baseboard heater), so was able to bring temperature to 23 deg C for the 2 other night.

The location was easy to find and access, decent proximity to restaurants and shopping. Clean, comfortable. Parking is free.

There isn't someone at their reception desk 24/7 but there is a phone number to call. Factor that wait time when checking in or out.

We were 4 and it was very comfortable. Mini rooms have two bedrooms and air conditioning for summer time was great.

Small parking lot vext to the hotel, we had to parking in other spot available walking

Roomy

Parking is awful. Approx 6-8 spots adjacent to the residence and first come, first serve. The rest of the parking is down a hill and is not very accessible or desirable after a long road trip. Ad should reflect true parking situation.

The suite was excellent value for money. The location was great and there was a lovely walking trail beside the property. The staff were friendly and helpful

The beds could have been better. The accommodation was basic, so no coffee maker, dishes or utensils, but this is to be expected in a student residence

It is an out of the way place perfect if you want to be away from all the noise of a downtown. The kitchenette only has a microwave so keep that in mind but it was nice to have a full size fridge.

Thee was no regular cleaning and with all signs being in French it was difficult to know which bins were for what in the garbage and recycling area and had to ask for clean sheets and towels and stuff.
