The facilities and staff were absolutely amazing but id like to also mention the gentleman at the front desk. He was and is - by far - the best receptionist I've ever dealt with at any hotel I've ever stayed at. He was not only willing to accommodate any request we had, he was happy to do it ! He was a delight and made our stay that much better. In my opinion, he would make a fantastic manager and because of him - this will be the only hotel in sudbury I stay at. I'd like to add, I'll be staying again next weekend and we truly look forward to having the pleasure and privilege of dealing with him again !

Liked that location had shopper druh mart within walking distance and that there was pizza places close by either by walking or drive nice that beer store right beside hotel lol....there is a resturant in hotel which is usually busy and has good food nice thing about resturant it has a kids menu...if your looking for hair cut when at the hotel there is a hair dresser in the hotel located by the pool..

The windows are old on cold winter night when it biter cold wind you feel it come right in your room threw window... the showers water doesn't get very hot... the park lot is on smaller scale..then toilet paperbl is a bit of an reach when u sit on toilet expecially if your a kid my 5 yr old couldn't reach it I had to take roll off wall too big gap from toilet to wall for him to reach ....

My room was very comfortable with a chaise long and queen bed. The temperature was comfortable, the shower was good and I liked the provided shampoo and conditioner. We ate in the hard rock cafe on site one night where the food and beer were good and the service was very speedy.

The fridge was hyper-active, everything I put into it froze solid! The downtown area in Sudbury is somewhat run-down now with many homeless people and I did not enjoy walking around on my own.

Hotel Clean and comfy. Starting to show age. A little bit of cosmetic work would help. My room was missing a microwave but no big deal. Some of the electrical plugs didn't work. Lighting in the bathroom for shaving could have been better. These are just suggestions not complaints. I would use the hotel again and again.

The facilities, it got everything you need, in the room and in the building. Please make use of the indoor pool, sauna and the workout area. They even have a restaurant in that floor, and a freaking Hospital!!! So you don’t have to leave the building for anything atall, apart for work/ exploring.

I really wish if there was an oven and a bath tub for toilet. And it would be great to have more fun shows in tv, like Netflix. However, please spend all your free time in the Main floor.

It's clean and comfy, especially at the price. It's no boutique hotel but it's no seedy motel -- it does the job and does it well. The pub that's attached is really nice too. Had breakfast there. I'd go back when in Sudbury.

I didn't realize it was an extra $50 for my dog. I indicated that I was traveling with a pet -- the price made sense and I had no problem paying it but wished it was more upfront about that.

Beds were super comfortable......rooms were decent size and very clean....location was bad either.....however thus being said it did have security guard for certain purposes.....parking lot was lit good....loved that they had decorations for Halloween and Thanksgiving gives kids something to enyoy and us old and young people lol...

The pool was freezing cold and sauna took about 30 min to heat up after you st the timer.....

The concierge Satinder was absolutely wonderful. He always made eye contact he had a beautiful smile and was always happy that alone made our stay excellent. We will most certainly be back

The staff was very nice. The room was very nice. I felt safe in the hotel. The room was very clean. The bathroom/shower was very clean. I thought it was a hotel that would get a lot of business. I thought it was a hidden gem.

The location and the parking lot were scary. The fact that the hotel had a security guard made me wonder if the hotel was safe and if the parking lot was safe. The family that I was there to see said a lot of homeless people hang around the hotel area. When I booked the hotel, I went by the pictures and how close it was to the funeral home we would be attending. I should have called my cousins for a recommendation, but I did not.

The location of the hotel, it was perfect in relation to the eating establishments that I went to in terms of walking distance!

Next time I go back there, I'll request to have a room closer to the elevators. The hallway is long, LOL!
