It was quite obvious this hard working family provided most renovations, and did a fine job. Some little quirks, such as crooked electrical outlets and bathroom light. The shelving was for very tall guests. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with crisp white sheets. The room was very clean with a clean fridge and microwave. There was not a coffee maker and the shampoo was lack luster. The lighting in the room needs to be more user friendly, perhaps more outlets allowing a bed side light. The included breakfast was very good, perhaps better than some chain motels. This is obviously family owned, and worked. The location is central to Chelmsford amenities. My husband and I will return, no regrets 👍

The room lighting was a little bright, with no dimmer and no bedside lighting (How can one enjoy a good book in the evening when you need to get out of your comfy spot to turn off the bright lights?) Some of the renovations did appear to be somewhat unprofessional ie. crooked outlets, too high shelving, wobbly/uneven refrigerator.

Lights in the room were VERY bright. Bright white and one wall switch controlled all 4 wall lights. It was nice and very very bright - but when wanting to relax there was no appropriate soft lighting. There was one small lamp in the room, but it had a very bright bulb in it as well. This was my only concern. Everything else was great.

My husband and I came up from Guelph to do some kayaking and hiking for 4 days in the Onaping area and decided on a hotel instead of car camping. The hotel is currently under renovations but it did not disturb us in any way. Staff was very friendly and beds were clean and comfortable. We both slept really well. Our room had air conditioning which worked like a champion. The mini fridge worked well too and the freezer part actually froze my ice packs. Hotel is conveniently located on main strip with gas, groceries and Tim Hortons near by. It was also nice that each room had a private entrance. Would definitely stay again.

Traveled for a snowmobile trip and the location is great. Fuel next door and trail groomed right to the property.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was huge and gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and the 4 am start to breakfast accommodated “early risers” that want to get on the road

No elevator so asked for room on ground floor they had no issues

Our basement room had a damp smell, not a major problem though.

Even though it was a basement room and apparently the only room available in the Sudbury area that night, it was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were not disappointed and would stay there again. Had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Would recommend to friends.

Very comfy bed, clean and refurbished. Close to many amenities. The rooms were nicer than you would think by looking at the motel.

There were 2 large bugs on the bathroom floor but they were all dead and there are no coffee makers. It was a basement room so a little dark with a very slight musky smell.
