The staff were very helpful and friendly! I left my wallet at reception accidentally and they found it and got it back to me. Much appreciated! The rooms are nice (I stayed twice in different rooms) and the facilities good. There is a guest laundry. I had dinner one night at the in-house restaurant which was tasty and the staff there were very nice too. The location was handy, I got the bus from Toronto which dropped me off just 100 metres away from the hotel. There was a bunch of shops, supermarkets, and food places within walking distance, and it was pleasant to walk around.

The room was lovely, beds were awesome. Coupons for breakfast were an added bonus. Food was great and we enjoyed sitting in the restaurant and being served. Granddaughter loved the pool. Location was great for the purpose of our stay.

The general layout of the hotel was very awkward. It took us a while to figure out how to come and go with confidence. It was a great experience other than that.

Friendly staff, they helped me with a booking issue I had once I arrived! Thank you so much ☺️. We had a long drive and I was overwhelmed with my two year old lol rooms were great but the bathrooms were alittle small but they were clean!! Thank you once again! I am sorry for the crumbs my kids left if I had a vacuum I would have cleaned it up!

It was very clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff. I liked how the bathrooms and rooms were updated. Most of all the ice machine was the hit.

We did not like the pool area, somehow it felt not so clean. But this was just our thought I saw many others enjoying the pool.

Nicely furnished, spacious room with a Denny’s right in the building for breakfast or brunch. They are making good efforts at being environmentally friendly by having a recycling bin, less towel waste and no plastic packaging around their cups.

Although they had a choice of soft or firm pillows, I didn’t notice much difference as they were both bulky and, for me, uncomfortable. They only had strong, dark roast coffee which I found too harsh to drink.

Breakfast was excellent, made to order. Room was comfortable and large. Lovely, full size toiletries in the bathroom and lots of towels. Wi-Fi is great.

Would have liked more coffee, tea, packets of cream and milk in the room. Can't access personal tv streaming platforms on the tv.

The customer service at the hotel and restaurant was great, especially the restaurant. The queen suite was awesome, leaving lots of room for the kiddos to play and parents to hang out.

The bathroom not having a fan and the water pressure/temp being less than desirable.

The staff were helpful and understanding. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was plentiful in size to accommodate a family of 5. Breakfast was fantastic and very filling.

The set up of the family suite is a little strange. And the pool was nice to have in the facility, but some deterioration on the tiles cause some minor cuts for myself and kids. And the towels were extremely small for use to walk back to our room with.

The staff is incredible and very accommodating. We did not have any negative staff interactions at all. Everyone was excellent to deal with. The facility was clean and very comfortable and it was a very nice bonus that kids get to dine free in restaurant. The pool was also fantastic. Location was perfect close to many attractions but also not a super noisy area.

We booked laat minute, but the receptionist tried everything to make us comfortable, me and my daughter had the king suite;very nice, my husband and 2 sons had a a room with 2 double beds but both rooms were opposite of each other
