The pool and hot tub were working. Breakfast had decent variety. Staff was friendly.

Specifically requested housekeeping after 1st night. We had towels from pool in the bathroom. When we returned, it hadn’t been tidied and room smelled like pool chemicals. Hot tub was too hot first two days. They turned it down too low on 3rd day… When we arrived at breakfast around 8am, all hot food trays were empty on both mornings. When staff replenished them, it was only with 5 pieces of bacon or omelettes, when there were several people waiting, including my family of 4. Had to wait again for more hot food so others could have some to eat.

The room was quite large, with a separate sitting area and small kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink). The breakfast was excellent much better than we were expecting, they had scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, bread and bagels, juice etc. The location was excellent, shopping and restaurants close by.

There was a number of sports teams at the hotel that we noticed when we checked in. The manager said they were on the 1st floor and we were on the 3rd floor, so it really wasn't a problem. The hotel is a "family" hotel, there was some noise on our floor of kids running down the hall, however, it stopped before we went to bed and didn't start again until we were up in the morning.

Roof we had was a suite, wish it had a KING size bed. Pull out couch as uncomfortable as with any other hotel, no linen but they brought some up right away. Breakfast was great, enough variety and LOVE the waffles. The lady taking care of the Breakfast area was very good, she kept it supplied and clean. Only problem was the Apples were not fresh and looked banged up.

Needed a King size bed. Suite room had a whole area not used, could have put another bed there to make it a Family room is my suggestion. Pool was cold, wish it was warm. Hot tub jets seemed not to work.

Location was good. Fridge in the room actually kept our drinks cold. Staff were excellent, the girl at the counter was very busy, with no help. It didn't affect her attitude though. She stayed pleasant through our stay.

Uncomfortable bed. Could have used more towels at the pool. The hotel was very busy and there was only one staff member there, trying to do keep up with everything (she was awesome).

It was a nice room, very clean and close to everything we needed. Unfortunatelt the noise traveled from the neighbors, and when we complained to the front, nothing changed. I'm not sure if it was inconsiderate guests or if staff never addressed it. For two days it sounded like kids above were jumping off the bed every few minutes. Our light fixtures shock each time. Started early in the AM and went until after 11 pm.

All the hotel staff are very kind and helpful. I have a broken leg and had only a shower in my room. Switched rooms for a bath with no problems. Asking if I need help, which I always say im good thank you. I'm stubborn and like to be independent. Great service rooms nice and clean. I stay as often as I can.

I have no complaints. I'm pretty easy going humble man.

Close to downtown. Pet friendly. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable

Pool and hot tub opening times are a bit later than most hotels. 9am seems a bit late. Earlier times allows some moment a for adult who wake up early. Also jets didn’t work in the hot tub. When asks front desk was told nothing they can do.

That there was some thing avaliable on such short notice, the hotel was great.lots of parking. The hotel was quite quiet this time round. My check in was very quick,just the way it should be.

Not enough time to enjoy this place fully, we got in late and left very early. breakfeast looked very good as we checked out,we did not stay to enjoy was our fault

The one staff member very unfriendly. I had to stop in my path back to my table with breakfast so she could walk past. Also my daughter did not get up until 9:30 and when we went for breakfast at 9:50am this same member was putting away breakfast without saying a word even as we and another mother and daughter were trying to grab what they could for breakfast

Breakfast items not available after 7:30 am, always told waiting for supplies or not putting more out. If breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30 am, them items should be restocked at all times.
