Lots of reviews mention dirty rooms burn holes in carpet in Lobby and halls. Lobby has new tiling, hall carpet is new and room had been refreshed. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Room was clean and cheap. Breakfast was three types of cereal / two kinds of juice / milk/ coffee/ tea, toast/ bagels and a waffle station. Not huge but adequate. Toiletries were also great.

Wing back chair in my room was clearly from before refresh and didn’t match and ripped. Doesn’t add anything to the room as there is a chair. Management - get rid of chair in room 101 - it’s trash!!!

Clean, comfortable room. Good price. Good location. Very spacious rooms.

No microwave in room. Had to request one. The microwave we were given made a bad noise when it was running. Also, it made a burning smell when it was operating, so we unplugged it when done with it. Advertised that coffee and tea were available 24 hours a day, however, we were told that no milk or cream is available other than at breakfast. As many people use either milk or cream in their coffee or tea, it should be available if you are going to make coffee or tea available. Also, the tv in the room had audio issues on most channels. It sounded garbled and scratchy. Also, one side of the double light on the table between the beds did not work. Was not the bulb, but likely the switch, or the wiring in the lamp. It needs to be repaired.

double room but no washroom toiletries and towels to accommodate. it's very discouraging to be booking in and get asked or a credit card AND my rooms were pre-booked and pre-paid, and to be asked for a credit card, and because i didn't have one I had to pay $250 per room, when my reservation for 2 rooms was booked as one reservation... He didn't accept visa debit as payment, and I only had 310$. .. the good thing is the clerk accepted $260.

Comfort and Quiet #1 TV with Sports. Refrigerator Sound quality from other rooms.

Breakfast bar mediocre at best. No muffins, eggs, bacon or hash browns. Asked for 1st floor room and given 2nd floor room far opposite end fro. Breakfast bar.

I didn't really eat breakfast.. I'm diabetic and there weren't any great choices for me .. unfortunately

Vending machine on second floor was abit of a pain ..would be hard for a older person to access that ..

Have every way of entrance and friendly staff.

The breakfast. Pancake batter doesn’t cook that much on the pancake maker. The taste of the syrup on the pancake doesn’t taste good. Run out of orange juice. They just offer bread and pancake.

Nice location. Room was nice size and comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was well stocked and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tv was not good quality. Remote was taped together and sound from TV was not great.

The building was attractive inside and out. There was a pizza shop and a fish and chip shop in the plaza next door you could walk to. A decent sized fridge with freezer in the room.

Only one minor thing. We like to leave the bathroom light on with the door ajar so we don’t kick any furniture in our bare feet if we get up in the night but we could not do that because the fan was on with the light switch. in this case, a night light in the bathroom would have been helpful.

The location was right along our route. Beds were very comfy. Rooms were spacious and clean!

The two things that weren't quite so nice but didn't make a big problem were that there was no wash cloths in the bathroom. How were we to shower?! And for a Superstart breakfast there was almost nothing there. But wasn't a big issue either.
