My room was on 5th floor, beautiful room, clean, but I was amazed by the night time front desk staff. My key didn't work, after I came down, he made a new one and followed me back up incase it didn't work again, he didn't want me to have to come back down again because it was 12am and I had 2 little kids with me. Outstanding!

the property was easy to access. the lobby was spacious. the staff was extremely helpful and professional. the bed was fantastically comfortable. the rooms were clean. the hot breakfast was enjoyable, and was included. i REALLY must commend the absolute superman who checked us in. he let us know a short but interesting factiod about the rich history of the elegant room we were checked into. because i could not access the bathroom in my wheelchair, he took the heavy oak door off of it's hinges. that could not have been easy! i saw him vacuuming the lobby that night and setting out the breakfast the next morning. i wouldn't be surprised if he was also throwing in the laundry! as well he called long distance to tell us that we'd been double-charged, and then reimbursed us. these hard-working managers who are invested in the history of their city, and who show such pride in the properties they maintain - are worth their weight in gold. many thumbs up!!

this is an older hotel, and thus some of the doors were difficult to go through with a wheelchair. there were also a series of steps to access the dining room. if one could not manage the stairs, then a short trip outside would be required to go around, then in.

I love the location and the room is exceptional. I had a great experience with Vina, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Not only was she professional but also personable. I actually extended my stay when I was here. The breakfast is really good as well. Lots of choices for everyone. An added bonus. I recommend this hotel. I will be back.

Breakfast was ok. I'm not a fan of scrambled eggs and the sausages were so-so. The waffle was all right but the batter spilled all over. I also don't care for fat free yogurt - too much extra sugar added to compensate for the extra acidity caused by fat removal, and sugar free is even worse as sugar substitutes leave a bitter after-taste. The toaster burned my toast - setting was too high and I did not realize I needed to adjust it. I appreciated that herbal tea was offered but sadly there were no honey packs available for sweetening it The room was comfortable but I had expected (thought I had booked) a jaccuzi aroom nd found out on arrival that they do not have jaccuzis. They did, however, give us a nice large room that had a jetted tub, a bidet and lots of seating, and the downtown location was a huge bonus with its proximity to an art gallery and a choice of great restaurants. The staff were awesome.

Sadly, the Sudbury downtown area is a state of decay, with a great many disused buildings and little foot traffic other than people who appeared to be 'down on their luck'. The beautiful weather compensated somewhat. I didn't care for the hotel entrance being located in a garage entrance. It was hard to figure out how to use the bidet. Since they aren't common, a set of posted instructions would have been helpful.

Staff was very cooperative.

The location is not good. All day and night drug dealing was going on, and too many people were roaming around the hotel unconscious due to the use of drugs

The service people were a big help.

The bed needs thicker sheets. I would prefer a cool room with thick sheets than a hot room with thin sheets

Quiet. Easy to use hot shower .

Chairs are worn out and sink to the floor too far making it difficult to stand up.

The service. The front desk lady was very friendly and tremendously helpful. Very much appreciate also the food.

There is nothing I can say that I disliked everything was wonderful and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

All the little things largely worked. Free easy parking was nice

Hot breakfast was quite good but could be hotter. The coffee had gone cool. There was a safety defect with the hair dryer but they said they would replace it as soon as we brought it to their attention.

I really enjoyed how there's a restaurant attached to it it's a local area everything's around it

There's nothing about this place I did not like
