The room and washroom was clean, the beds were comfortable. We were looking for a small kitchen and this place matches well with our expectations. There is ample parking space available, we parked just in front of our room. The breakfast was also nice including Breads, Cereals, milk, yogurt, boiled eggs, pan cakes. It was peaceful, we had a minor issue in the room which was fixed quickly as they had 24 hours presence on site. The rooms has a daily cleaning schedule.

The location was few kilometers away from the main market but since we had our own transportation, it didn't matter much to us. Although the name suggest suites, but it gives more of a motel kind of feel.

Everything was renovated recently. Breakfast basic but sufficient with fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, waffles, bagels. Staff was very polite and pleasant. Close to town in the north part of Sudbury and lots of restaurants. Reasonable price

Tv froze often. Baseboard was turned down but still warm. That must cost a fortune. The lights shine all night at front door and we couldn't shut it down completely even with the black out curtain. It still came in above and side of the curtain.

Updated and very clean rooms and common areas. Staff very friendly. Cold beverages and snacks available for purchase. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Breakfast items variety for continental breakfast. Comfortable bed. I was very impressed.

TV channels a bit intermittent af times. Heating and cooling system in room a bit loud even on low setting but to me this was minor as I did not need it much.

It’s convenient, right off the Kingsway, but is a bit far from most restaurants, about a 10-15 minute drive. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff were friendly. Nothing to complain about the hotel itself, and it was good value for the money.

There is a landfill right across the street, so prepared for garbage truck noises at all hours of the night, especially between 4 and 7 am. Pack some earplugs or noise cancelling headphones.

Nice quiet area, easy to get to, rooms are clean.

There was a strong smell in our room that we couldn't seem to get rid of. We tried opening windows and running the exhaust fan in the kitchenette. Price was a bit higher this time than our last stay and when I checked online to compare saw the same room $60 cheaper if we booked same day. Not sure what to do about that.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The front desk gentleman was polite, professional and friendly. I like you can park right outside your room.

The internet seems unstable when watching tv. There were frequent times when connections were lost.

Check in and check out process was super easy, the guy working the front desk was extremely nice and professional. I was pleasantly surprised on how clean the place was. It was a last minute book as I was visiting family and and I have zero complaints

Very friendly and helpful staff. the suite option was perfect and well priced for the two beds and kitchenette (the back bedroom is separate with own door- perfect for families or friends wanting some separate privacy). the breakfast was clean with great options (waffle maker, coffee, juice, cereal bar, yogurts, fruits, bagels, croissants etc) great place for road trip stop - close to highway, clean, felt safe

can tell it’s been recently updated which is nice - clean, well stocked in supplies, but the older building meant you could hear the neighbours at night.

It was spotlessly clean and the staff was so friendly!! We will definitely stay again

It was a little more out of the way than we anticipated as we were going west in 17 towards t-bay from Barrie but definitely worth the extra couple of minutes drive

Convenient to highway, clean, great staff, great breakfast included.

The mattress was a VERY old tired foam mattress, laying on it you sunk/fell into a hole in the middle where there was no support. I woke up with a sore back. It was evident even before laying on it because the feet of bed were higher than the head so in addition to falling into the hole in the middle, your feet were higher than your head.
