Good value accommodation. The location is good, not far from lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to get to by public transport. Has a kitchen with fridge and microwave. It's a great place for people who just need a place to sleep without paying for the frills.

It was a cozy, quiet place. Way better than any hotel in Sudbury I would say, amazing value for everything that you get, would love to stay again.

Honestly I had no problems or issues, just a small nit pick that they do not have TVs

Loved the location, there was onsite security for the facilities. It was a really great price for getting to have a private kitchenette and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. There was a grocery store and various amenities very close by and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

My only complaint was how far the parking was from the residence, but I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Went for a family graduation, nice to be able to walk to the auditorium. Nice little community kitchen available to cook healthy meals.

Would have liked more info to bring utensils/pots/pans/plates ahead of time.

I didn't like that the pop machine kept not giving pop and keeping money.

The unit has 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and own bathroom. Quiet place. Clean.

The bathroom vent was super noisy when on.

It was basic but cheap and suited our needs. Bed was comfortable enough and it was extremely clean.

Not kettle or toaster or anything in the room. Just a shared kitchen with a oven and stove top, but no pots and pans or cutlery to use.

The staff are great. The rooms are clean and spacious.

I think the price was too high compared to the May / June price.

No bed lamps. Parking arrangement confusing.
