Front desk attention, as well as manager diligence in solving a payment issue, is appreciated. Location was superb.

I know it might be a generalization, but cutlery and dishes will for me make a difference unless there are underlying environmental economic reasons to use didposable paper and wood.

The hotel was well run, clean and very welcoming. Our room was a good size, bright, clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi and personal streaming channels easily accessed on the tv. Good pool and workout room. Close to everything for shopping, eating and entertainment. As a nice touch, you receive a voucher for a free appetizer at The Keg which we used that evening. We will stay there again

Everything was great.

We had traveled on motorcycles through heavy rain throughout the morning and early afternoon when we finally arrived at the property. Even with rain gear on during the ride we were still damp and cold. The staff at the front desk were gracious enough to check us into our rooms around 1:30 even though check in time was 3 or later. All the staff was exceptional from front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff! Highly recommend this Fairfield.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was nice and clean.

Could be more soundproof. Here people thru the walls and walking on the floor above. Not the hotel’s fault but Sudbury all nite long was doing snow removal and trucks were banging all nite close to the hotel. Can’t do anything about it but it made it hard to sleep.

Plenty of good choices of food, Large dining area, Courteous staff, No complaint at all.

Nothing major. Minor things like noise coming from bathroom fan, door bolt not working, bit of a smell when entering the room.

Value for money…..just everyyyythinggg is too expensive these days. So my comment is more about life expenses in general than the value from your business. 😔

Wish there was an easier exit on to Barrydowne. Turning right is easy but going left to the big box stores is really hard depending on the time of day.

there was a toddler in the room above us that was running around until after midnight and started again before 6 am....management should put families with young children on the main floor so they don't disturb other guests trying to sleep. I complained to the front desk but only got "I am sorry, have a nice day"

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Thank you Peter for the referral to Mr Prime Rib! 😋 Nice breakfast—awesome scrambled eggs. Very comfortable room with extra sitting area.

TV seemed a bit challenging to navigate regular channels.

Breakfast was good with fresH fruit! Greek yogurt option was missing

Pool had no loungers out! Only two chairs and table, so 10 other people, including ourselves, had to put our towels & things on floor by walls.

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive to detail. The staff looking after the breakfast were the same. The breakfast had variety and was well supplied. A comfortable place to stay.
