The staff are extremely friendly. Made me feel at home. Like I was part of the family.

Was not completely happy when walking into the room. Had a strange smell. I am not wanting to complain, but it was a weird odor. The renovations make the property look nice, however whoever installed the flooring did not do a very nice job as the floor in my room was separating.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. Staff was very welcoming! The bed and pillows were really comfortable!

We were disturbed at around 4 o’clock in the morning from a girl screaming and making lots of noise in the hallway. It lasted a good 20-30 minutes before it was quiet again. The AC wasn’t working really well. It would start for a few minutes then stopped again.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this location. It is quiet. Very clean. My husband’s cardiologist is just across the road. The breakfast is always great.

This stay there was an unleashed dog, outside that caused some concern. Spoke to the person at reception and it was taken care of.

I really liked the proximity to the major highways for getting around! I also liked the sliding patio doors on the ground floor rooms! When locked they felt secure, but were able to open providing easy access to the parking lot for unpacking and packing the vehicle.

The breakfast room didn’t have a lot of seating, so occasionally people come in and get breakfast but have nowhere to sit. I do understand though that not much can really be done about that I suppose.

Location was great. Next to a Tim Hortons and a DQ. Breakfast was actually really good. The attendant at the Breakfast bar was amazing. Very cheerful and kept the supplies stocked. Kept the area clean. Also the attendant when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

Extremely clean hotel! The bed was very comfortable,bi slept in and I rarely do that. The staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, toast, delicious. Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Nice smoking section with seating outside for those who need it. We'll definitely stay again

I like the friendly helpful staff at the desk, when booking I thought I got a room with a pull out couch but I ended up with only 2 queen beds and we 3 kids and 2 adults it wasn’t going to work, so the front reception got us a cot and help bring it up to the room. The breakfast was perfect nothing fancy but it did the trick. It was well taken care of property.

The only thing is no elevator so if you have a disability you would have to stay on the main floor but other than that everything was great

the breakfast room was exce4ptonally well attended to and very clean and food was always aplenty. Rooms were quiet and very clean. I love the updated showers.

the pot holes around the side and backof the building need to be repaired, they are BAD

I didn't like the loud slamming noise of the room doors when being closed.Very annoying when people go in and out of their rooms so much, or when they come in late at night,or leave early in the morning.

It was pretty much a standard Comfort Inn, clean and in a good location. Fairly quiet.

The front entrance was under construction which was an inconvenience and if I had known that I likely would have stayed elsewhere. The breakfast room is small for the size of the Motel, it was crowded.
