The staff are extremely friendly. Made me feel at home. Like I was part of the family.

Was not completely happy when walking into the room. Had a strange smell. I am not wanting to complain, but it was a weird odor. The renovations make the property look nice, however whoever installed the flooring did not do a very nice job as the floor in my room was separating.

The room was clean and having a patio door to the outside was helpful with our dog. The rooms are on the small side, however, with just a narrow walkway at the foot of the beds.

Maybe consider making the parking spots designated for rooms? Someone parked a giant work truck right in front of our room's patio doors, which meant we had to park further away to unload etc, in the rain.

CLEANLINESS. Comfortable beds, pillows and linens. The air conditioning worked- Thank you!

Upon entering the room the smell was not appealing, but minor. This detracted from the overall 'feel' of clean; but clean and comfortable beds and bathroom were more important-which was met, so overall we were satisfied.

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Had to call front desk at 2 am due to escalating domestic dispute Nextdoor. A lot of activity in halls late at night.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. Staff was very welcoming! The bed and pillows were really comfortable!

We were disturbed at around 4 o’clock in the morning from a girl screaming and making lots of noise in the hallway. It lasted a good 20-30 minutes before it was quiet again. The AC wasn’t working really well. It would start for a few minutes then stopped again.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this location. It is quiet. Very clean. My husband’s cardiologist is just across the road. The breakfast is always great.

This stay there was an unleashed dog, outside that caused some concern. Spoke to the person at reception and it was taken care of.

Well thought out even to where the controls are for the shower so you don’t have to get wet turning it on before getting into it. Nice little dog area for pups. Super clean and very well taken care of hotel.

Only thing that could have been any better would be if the dog area was fenced.

Location was great. Next to a Tim Hortons and a DQ. Breakfast was actually really good. The attendant at the Breakfast bar was amazing. Very cheerful and kept the supplies stocked. Kept the area clean. Also the attendant when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

I really liked the proximity to the major highways for getting around! I also liked the sliding patio doors on the ground floor rooms! When locked they felt secure, but were able to open providing easy access to the parking lot for unpacking and packing the vehicle.

The breakfast room didn’t have a lot of seating, so occasionally people come in and get breakfast but have nowhere to sit. I do understand though that not much can really be done about that I suppose.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was really appreciated and the staff were friendly. Close to science North! Thanks for accommodating our slightly late check in!

We didn’t have a problem but others might like to know there is no elevator.
