There was a variety of breakfast options. Breakfast area was clean.

Keep car doors locked and valuables hidden at all times. There is no parking security. Luckily, nothing was stolen from our car but a notification was sent to our phone when a person attempted to open the passenger door during the evening hours. Other cars were not so lucky.

The breakfast was very good. Clean. Adequate choice. Could have been a milk alternate but maybe I just missed it. It was wonderful to have access to tea/coffee whenever. The eating area was bright and spacious and a pleasant place to sit and chat.

I didn't like that my room wasn't booked properly by the third party but that is not the hotels fault. They handled it and eventually gave us the second room that had originally been booked, thankfully there was one available since not a busy time.

Always stay here, the continental breakfast is always great and rooms are comfy.

Mixup between booking party and hotel and my reservation was not showing up. The hotel staff argued with me how I was wrong and I kept calm and showed my booking confirmation. Rather than problem solving she continued to say how I was wrong and to avoid conflict I simply asked if they had room to accommodate me and they did. I was minutes from walking out. Never had this experience before and hope it’s an isolated situation.

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The comfy bed was excellent for good sleep and proper rest. I also appreciated the breakfast. The hotel's friendly staff made my stay pleasant as well, and if I need a room in Sudbury again, I would check the hotel's availability first.

I would only like to see more vegetables like fresh cucumbers and tomatoes in the breakfast menu.

Upon checking in I found the staff at the desk very helpful, friendly, and fun to talk to. Without hesitation I extended my stay from one night to two nights. It was a good location for us to see what we wanted to in the Sudbury area.

Yes breakfast 👌 super! Still is cruel to close at 9 am. Our flt cancelations drive trought snow , we almost missed. Breakfast. An extra 1 hr, will help a lot. We bought a house in Aug 1 2020. Closing breakfast at 9 am .Room location , before moved in, We leaned good. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights from August first And 2 nights in July 2020. No breakfast at all for the pandemia. breakfast was horrific eggs were awful…round sausage was awful, oatmeal like soup, banana couldn’t peel… have a picture… no gluten free bread which I would have appreciated… there was nothing we could eat accept yogurt, muffin (husband) and granola… had to buy breakfast out… lady there didn’t remove plates or clean tables till breakfast was over… we had to wipe off crumbs from table … she.was on her phone in back the whole time… when I asked for help she responded immediately…

The breakfast was great! The room was excellent!

My one negative was the 8 PM scheduled shut off of hot water. I arrived at the hotel at 7:45 PM and found I needed to grab an immediate shower if I wanted one that night. The shutdown was completed in less than 2 hours during a peak use period. Such work should have been scheduled after say 2 AM in the night.

But for a breakfast mix-up, everything was satisfactory, especially the concerns, efficiency and respectfulness of the hotel staff. The view from our fifth floor room of the surrounding vicinity was a nice treat. The TV was of excellent quality with sufficient programming options, which is not a given with most places.

The breakfast was good, enough, but we did not get the gluten-free breakfast Booking.com confirmed we would get, the hotel saying "Booking" was in error, but, I'm disappointed the hotel doesn't rectify that situation with Booking, as having a health issue is an important thing to what we needed and wanted. We would have prepared ourselves for what we were hoping for, otherwise, like, bringing out own gluten-free breakfast items. Everything else was great.

The rooms were good. The breakfast was good. Very professional and friendly staff.

The room was good but a little more attention to details, like the making of the beds. No glasses in the room. Overall the room was good.
