Very clean throughout the property. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good options for breakfast. Good size rooms, with fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Lobby sells cold drinks including wine and beer.

TV freezes a lot but we were not there to watch tv so did not affect us much. Foam mattress is not our favourite. This does not impact anything negatively however. We really like this property.

Decently renovated old building although the floors and walls are crooked. Clean and fairly comfortable: good quality mattresses and bedding. Better than expected furniture. Decent showers.

Next to the large road that gets busy early so fairly noisy. A/C unit is very noisy. I was lucky I did not need it at night. Would be a problem in hot weather! Breakfast which is included is very basic - typical American stuff. Could do better with it but it was not expected to be better than it was. .

The room and washroom was clean, the beds were comfortable. We were looking for a small kitchen and this place matches well with our expectations. There is ample parking space available, we parked just in front of our room. The breakfast was also nice including Breads, Cereals, milk, yogurt, boiled eggs, pan cakes. It was peaceful, we had a minor issue in the room which was fixed quickly as they had 24 hours presence on site. The rooms has a daily cleaning schedule.

The location was few kilometers away from the main market but since we had our own transportation, it didn't matter much to us. Although the name suggest suites, but it gives more of a motel kind of feel.

Everything was renovated recently. Breakfast basic but sufficient with fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, waffles, bagels. Staff was very polite and pleasant. Close to town in the north part of Sudbury and lots of restaurants. Reasonable price

Tv froze often. Baseboard was turned down but still warm. That must cost a fortune. The lights shine all night at front door and we couldn't shut it down completely even with the black out curtain. It still came in above and side of the curtain.

Updated and very clean rooms and common areas. Staff very friendly. Cold beverages and snacks available for purchase. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Breakfast items variety for continental breakfast. Comfortable bed. I was very impressed.

TV channels a bit intermittent af times. Heating and cooling system in room a bit loud even on low setting but to me this was minor as I did not need it much.

Room with two beds was very large. Very clean property with friendly staff. Rooms are renovated with new beds. Snacks and drinks for purchase in lobby including beer and wine.

The tv was not easy to manage but very small inconvenience for us. A bit pricey but was worth it to me.

It’s convenient, right off the Kingsway, but is a bit far from most restaurants, about a 10-15 minute drive. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff were friendly. Nothing to complain about the hotel itself, and it was good value for the money.

There is a landfill right across the street, so prepared for garbage truck noises at all hours of the night, especially between 4 and 7 am. Pack some earplugs or noise cancelling headphones.

Nice quiet area, easy to get to, rooms are clean.

There was a strong smell in our room that we couldn't seem to get rid of. We tried opening windows and running the exhaust fan in the kitchenette. Price was a bit higher this time than our last stay and when I checked online to compare saw the same room $60 cheaper if we booked same day. Not sure what to do about that.

Very nicely refurbished motel with helpful, friendly staff and a nice breakfast offering beyond typical “continental” breakfast. Easy to get to off Hwy 17.

Check in and check out process was super easy, the guy working the front desk was extremely nice and professional. I was pleasantly surprised on how clean the place was. It was a last minute book as I was visiting family and and I have zero complaints
