We got a room with a small kitchen, very lovely, wish to stay longer. The room is big, and everything is new and shiny. Lot of the storage space made my stuffs very tighty. And my favorite part, I'm that kind of the person need to keep a little bit of the light on at night, and was a lovely surprise that there is a small light lighted up next to the bathroom sink, just enough to let you see the switch for the bathroom. All the personal care products are Dove. Also, there is a soda fountain in the dining area, which I've never seen before.

Took me a while to figure out the tap in the bathroom, right side is hot water and left side is cold.

Hospitality is amazing. Host, Gentleman on the job 2 days. He couldn't have done anymore to make our state better. I apologize I didn't get his name. But would like to send our sincere thank you? to you, and the staff there.. 😁

I found the bed little uncomfortable. I like a firm mattress but I found to much so lol. I didn't lose sleep .. Other than that, (our little apartment as I called it)was more than we could have asked for. Getting out for one night.. get away from it all. Not have to think for a while lol . Go for a swim, sit outside in their nice courtyard..

1. Staff was always kind and helpful! 2. Laundry facilities were great 3. Main areas very clean 4. Comfy bed 5. Curtains kept out light 6. Kitchen area was great.

1. Bathroom needed better cleaning, especially the tub area. Lots of pink mildew. 2. Adding better kitchen tools (scissors? Can opener? Whisk?) 3. Alarm clock would be great in the room 4. Making sure shower items are stocked. Even after a mid week clean, body wash was empty still (glad I had a backup).

1- Super friendly staff, especially Thor at the front desk 2- Free breakfast, free dinner(Monday, Tuesday &Wednesday) and free parking with good trees and some shade 3- location : Close to everything I needed 4- Very clean (safe) and family friendly, felt like home 🏡 💙 ❤️ 5- Very spacious suites with full-size kitchen including big fridge, stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, detergents , cups, cutlery and dishes

This is a high-class hotel with decent prices . There is nothing to complain about .

Guelph Staybridge has exceptional service. The housekeeping staff kept cute little thank you cards with very nice chocolates. The staff for breakfast was exceptional, and the ladies did such a good job with the breakfast and talking to the customers. The front desk staff were courteous and very helpful regardless of the time of day. It was overall a very pleasant stay. The overall feeling was like staying at home with someone constantly taking care of cleaning your room and providing you with hotel service. The kitchenette in the room is an absolute plus!

The variety in the food. I was there for 2.5 weeks and got bored of the same breakfast and evening snacks.

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Room had a nice size fridge, small dishwasher. Drinking glasses, microwave, coffee maker. Breakfast was included in the price. Lots of options.

The pullout sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. We opened it up and it had chips and a plastic lid of a container. Extra sheets were in the closet so we changed it. But there was even food on the mattress. Also quite the gap at the door which allowed exterior noise to be heard all hours of the night. I wanted to pay by debit when I checked in. Lady at front desk said I could do that at check out. Guy who checked me out auto charged the credit card.

The entire building was extremely clean and smelled very clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when we asked for assistance. The included breakfast buffet was small but had everything one could want/need for a wholesome, filling breakfast. The room (Queen Suite with Jacuzzi Tub) was very large and easily accomodated myself, my friend and my puppy. The toilet, sinks, shower and jacuzzi were all very clean. The carpets were very clean and there was no musty or damp smell. The kitchenette was well stocked with more than we needed for the week but would be very convenient to have for long-term stays. The laundry facilities, though small (4 washers and 4 dryers) included very high-end machines that had my clothes smelling more fresh than ever! There was also adequate space to fold the laundry and the room even had it's own laundry basket! Talk about convenience! Staying at the Staybridge Suites Guelph was overall a great experience! It was comfortable, clean, convenient and very pet friendly! My puppy had a blast exploring all the new smells too! If I ever find myself in Guelph with the need to stay in a hotel, I will 100% be staying at the Staybridge Suites! I will also be staying at a Staybridge Suites anytime I need to travel in the future!

The only negative aspect of the Staybridge Suites is the location. It is right off the highway, which is convenient, however, there is nothing within walking distance, so if you don't drive it's difficult to get anywhere without using a Taxi or rideshare program. The good thing is that it is only a 15 minute ride to Downtown Guelph and the train station. I had to travel to and from Downtown Guelph twice during my stay and my total Uber costs (with a $5.00 tip for each ride) was approximately $100.00, which I thought was definitely worth it to be able to have such a wonderful, safe and comfortable stay at the Staybridge Suites.

Well appointed room .

The wifi was very weak and often disconnected on us. Sometimes while connected to the network, there was no internet connection. The tv was in an awkward location in the room so we didn’t actually use it. The workmanship was questionable. For example, the bathroom door latch was installed backwards. Instead of being able to pull the door shut without turning the handle, you could push it open without turning the handle - kinda weird… Also, the free breakfast wasn’t great.

Quiet and comfortable room. Just off the highway. Nice kitchen amenities although did not get a chance to use them. I saw there is a pool but did not get to use it.

Would have preferred to be in a more northern part of Guelph for participating in Fergus Highland Games. Would have preferred earlier hours for breakfast because we had to leave before it was available both mornings on that weekend.

From the moment I arrived I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk agent. She was exceptional. The rooms are very comfortable and offer all amenities. The light dinner provided was also surprising and very welcomed after having traveled for hours to get to the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel. Because the local eateries were at least 2 kilometers away it was not possible to walk anywhere. Also no sidewalks in the neighborhood...
