Pam the manager at reception was incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. In all my travels she takes first prize for taking care of her guests. Newly renovated rooms just as shown in photos. New comfortable beds and pillows, coffee maker in room, AC/heat, great selection for a cold breakfast plus European style freshly ground coffee making machine offering hot beverages 24/7. Tim Hortons across the street and bar/grill restaurant next door

The price was very high given location away from historic centre/waterfront but it was a holiday long weekend.

Good location near to the main street and walkable to the lake shore. Recently renovated room with a very comfortable bed. Pam at reception was very helpful and enthusiastic and a source of knowledge on the area and on Ottawa where she was previously based. Provided me with great information on both Kingston and Ottawa my next stop. Great coffee and drinks machine provided free. Would highly recommend the hotel and thank you again Pam for all your assistance.

The rooms were clean and newly renovated! Staff was wonderful!! Price was right! Location is a great spot. Great to get to anywhere in kingston! The lamp that was in my room i am currently searching for!! It was so cute! My daughter (10yr) and I were there for a birthday weekend shopping trip! It was a great place, quiet and clean! We will for sure be going back!!!

Amazing recently refurbished motel - great size room with shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Very clean and tidy premises. The staff were super friendly and helpful to any questions we had. Close to town centre too. Great value for money. A very pleasant welcome to our first motel experience. We'll definitely be back when we stay in Kingston! Thank you!

The WIFI connection wasn't great as I kept losing connection. This was bothersome as I needed a good connection for my work.

It was perfect for what we needed. We were only staying one night and wanted to be as close to downtown Kingston as possible. Staff was very friendly!

We were close to downtown. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was well stocked. The tv was kind of small but it was ok. I liked having fridge and microwave. We didn't know there was breakfast if there was - not sure. It was a little more than what I wanted to pay but certainly less expensive that other places. Parking was a bonus. Free Wifi was good. Water and snacks in the lobby - nice touch. Lots of information on what to see and do in Kingston and surrounding areas.

We chose this place as breakfast was included but not much of a breakfast as it was in the lobby. Fruit, yogurt and muffins. Coffee available, disappointing.

The Woman at reception was a true angel. She had a whole list of things to do and places to eat at in Kingston. After we mentioned that we were headed to Ottawa next, she also created a custom list for us there. Truly amazing
