Hotel was a convenient location to highway and had lots of places to eat in area if you didnt want to eat at hotel.

We paid for breakfast included. It's was three of traveling. We went for breakfast and my son saw fruits and went to get. The server for our table said we could not order from menu since we went to the buffet. I said you should have said that when we sat down that it was a choice. Then she continues to state that breakfast included was only for 2 people and we had to pay for the 3rd person. Thats when I lost it and said that was not mentioned anywhere on my reservation. After going back and forth she didn't charge me. But I was already upset.

All the staff were great, from greeter, check-in, kiosk. convenient shuttle service, good food at the snack kiosk, nice room and amenities, loved the bed. Quiet location. Highly recommend if flying out, or daytime touring if distance, time, isn't an issue and you don't need nightlife.

Downside was convenience, distance to downtown where my event was but I had little choice since downtown accn was limited and just too expensive. Upside is UP Express was great and easy to use; took about 35 min from hotel to Union.

Too bad they don’t offer complimentary breakfast like Most hotels do

The staff i spoke to last night was so rude, the worst customer service i have gotten in any hotel I’ve logged at. Same issue he wasn’t willing to help figure out in 10 mins, someone took the time to go through our reservation to figure it out in 2 mins and done. He even asked me to call the person who booked the hotel at 2am so he can confirm even tho he saw my name on the reservation email only that it wasn’t there when we checked in a day before but the booking says 2 adults, the reservation got my name in it. I wish i got his name.

The hotel had a nice, comfortable room available for us when our flight was canceled. It was located about a 10 min drive from the airport and had a free shuttle to and from the airport which ran every 15 min. It also had a decent restaurant which is open long hours. We had a good dinner and very good (if a tad expensive) breakfast there. The staff was friendly and professional. Perfect hotel for our needs.

The price of the room and the food seemed a little high.

Location (less than 10 to airport) was convenient. The airport shuttle was easy and timely. Comfortable for a one night stay.

The hotel room was very aged and did not match the lobby interior. The recycling in the room had not been completely emptied from previous guests—front desk was notified.

1. Your web page did not tell the shuttle pick up location. 2. The carpet in our room was flooded with water. 3. A female desk staff was not friendly or helpful when we checked in. However, a Chinese male staff gave us very professional assistance. 4. As a 4-star hotel there were no slipper and dressing gown offered. The slippers were provided when we complained about the wet carpet issue.

The hotel was clean and quiet (love the signs in the hallways asking people to respect other guests). Great location and serviceable for what we were there for (dance competition). Parking was straightforward, plentiful, and not unreasonably priced.

The restaurant on site had only average food (and don't even bother ordering a drink - terrible) and the wait staff were rude. I understand they were busy with the competition happening but for the price of the food, the service was really unacceptable - I don't mean slow, I mean RUDE.

Great location with free shuttle or short uber. Restaurant had good food and the staff was amazing at check-in and both restaurant shifts. I did not try the pool but it looked relaxing.

The shower was a bit dated. Wifi was for members only. Breakfast was expensive if you did not have it in your package.

We had a medical situation occur offsite so things were stressful while we stayed there. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Diane at the front desk especially deserves our accolades with extra assistance she provided! The food in the dining area was excellent!

The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had a room looking right at the airport and we didn't hear 1 single plane taking off or landing. The pool and hot tub was a hit with both parents and kids. It was also a good size. The staff were very friendly and always smiling and saying hi when you walked past them.

Maybe a in the bathroom and a microwave in the room. Paying for parking for 1 night at 28.00 was ok but maybe if your staying for longer you could get a discount.
