I give it full marks because it exceeded my expectations. Before I booked, I saw some comments; people complained about the breakfast area and other things. No place is perfect. This hotel is positioned as a budget accommodation. They charge a discounted price that fits that positioning and provide services that match it. We cannot expect a five-star hotel breakfast environment. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean — actually better than the official photos. The staff are very friendly and try to be flexible for guests. Compared with similar places, their prices are more favourable. I am very satisfied.

This hotel is pet friendly and the staff were extremely kind to us and our dogs , we were here for a dog show. We stayed 3 nights was only supposed to be 2 but we said what the heck let’s stay another and just have a relaxing night . Extremely kind pet friendly place . Hotels that are pet friendly are getting harder to find, but we will definitely be back next year because they were so welcoming.

The only thing l would have loved to see was a bit more selection for breakfast . But l find all hotels are doing the same thing very simple boxed type foods. That’s my only complaint just some more fruits and some actual real foods not premade pretend foods

The staff was very helpful. We arrived earlier than expected, and they allowed us to check in before noon. They also upgraded us from a room with a Queen bed to a bigger one with a King sized bed.

The breakfast was pretty good, but it could have been better for me if there was a gluten free bread choice. One of the cereals on offer was Cheerios, which is effectively gluten free, though not formally identified as such. They also had eggs and sausage patties that I was able to eat.

Staff were very friendly, room was better than expected - this is a budget hotel near an air base and was $60 cheaper than any other nearby options the night we stayed so honestly wasn't expecting much but it was fantastic value for money - little bit dated but that's to be expected. Our two queen bed room was spacious and even had a side view of the water. Lots of amenities, including very reasonably priced washer and dryer. Staff were very helpful, located an item left in the room promptly and kept for us. I had the best sleep of my holiday in the bed!

I didn't go for breakfast but my friend said it was pretty basic (but again, what do you expect in this price range?). The hotel is well sign posted but it's a little tricky to see the actual entrance and exit from the road as there are no lines/pillars. These are very minor quibbles , as overall it exceeded our expectations.

Bed was comfy and pillows. free parking, breakfast was good . Nice variety, eggs, sausage patties, waffles , juices ,coffee, cereal varieties of oatmeal,,english muffins ,bagels etc. . Good sized room. lots of towels and trial sz toiletries coffee maker in room.

The bedside lamp desperately needs a new shade room #303 . Holes in it, looks like someone used a bead of glue, to fix a tear in it. Light blocking drapes need replacing holes in them. On the whole, good stay. Would stay definitely again.

The room was large and clean. The bathroom was modern and very clean. There were good amenities in the room, such as a microwave, coffee maker with coffee, a modern TV with a good selection of channels provided. My room actually had a stove, which I definitely would have taken advantage of, if I could have stayed longer. The hotel had access to the lake front. The front staff/owner was friendly.

The breakfast could have been improved by adding some more fruit, and maybe some yogurt.

Staff is friendly, the room was clean, had all toiletries needed, ac works great .

Breakfast could be a bit better, no may variety for eggs , just one type . During the rash hour was busy, some people were waiting for others to finish because there was no space to sit. No oat/ almond milk. Gym equipment requires repair of the machines.

The beds were so comfy, and the room felt safe and private. Breakfast was decent, and all in all, it was well worth the price. This place should be at least 3 stars. I would definitely come back if I'm heading back in that area.

The bathtub was a little dirty, and the carpet needed some extra vacuuming from the previous customers, but you get what you pay for, and other than that, the room was perfectly fine for a night's stay.

Everything was very good including the food, the staff, beds, shower.

Only 3 things to improve. 1. Always please refill coffee cup inside the rooms 2. Please give the complete amount of towel for the people staying ( 2 night only got 3 instead of 4) 3. Better signs at the parking, a lot of people including us were going next door parking as the lights or sign are not pointing the entrance.

The staff accommodated my specific needs promptly whe it came to needing a specific set up for my room selection.

even though there was a slight issue ( yay technology charged me twice however booking.com didn’t recognize I paid upon arrival and still processed payment on their end 😒) their manager was prompt available on and offsite and fixed this immediately I will definitely stay again and be recommending your hotel thank you so much!!
