I had an excellent stay at this room. Very convenient location for those who arrived by train. It is quite near to the Railway Station. The street is calm and quiet at night, which made for a peaceful and restful sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated having access to a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and stove. One thing that really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the host, Faisal. Despite my late check-in at 2 am, he was there to greet me and show me around the house. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the town and the transportation system. Throughout my stay, Faisal was always quick to respond to my requests for a late check-out and any other questions I had. He truly made me feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its great location, cleanliness, and exceptional service from the kind and friendly host Faisal.

Located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, Albert House exceeded my expectations. It's a good vibe and my room was nothing short of amazing, one of the most restful and peaceful sleeps I've had in a very long time. The host was accommodating, and quick to respond to questions

My only complaint is that in forgetting it's a shared space with other guest, because I was on the first floor, a guest who checked in on the second floor was incessantly noisy gave a slight interruption to my peace- hearing their conversations throughout the house and loud stomping up and down the stairs. Other than this the stay was quite warm and welcoming and quite pleasant, it felt like a home away from home.

Very convenient location close to the train station. It was great to be able to rest my head for the night after a long train ride, instead of riding infrequent buses and walking for kilometers and kilometers bc it's Windsor. Nice to find a clean, safe, reasonably priced place.

The blinds for the window could have been darker.

The house was very peaceful. Clean, quite, smells good. Kitchen was available for a small meal or something warm to drink. Shops are close by to get food and supplies. Everything is secured in a smart way. Host was very responsive and accommodating, place is cleaned frequently.

Yes, it was very clean and comfortable it has all we need we are not able to make checked in on time. we were a bit late. After noticing, the staff is very kind and helped us on phone. we really appreciate it.

didn't find breakfast, and not expecting it. It was great to be in the neighbourhood where I grew up, walking distance to the 100th anniversary at the high school.

It's old but clean. It's good enough for the rate.
