Great location, super nice staff, clean, well maintained and well organized. You get a small fridge, stove, coffee maker, perfect for whatever Plus its lovely garden with running water makes it feel even nicer.

There have been some very noisy hotel guests or perhaps long term stay guests? Twice we were bothered by people’s voices in the middle of the night. The only complaint really.

It is in a beautiful and perfect location to walk around the La Candelaria historic area and other nearby things like the Museum of Gold. The apartment itself was very clean. The wifi was ok, based on where you were in the apartment. There are a couple bakeries right down the street that are amazing and well priced. There are either black out curtains or shutters to keep it dark while sleeping. That was great. Communication with the host was quick and enjoyable. It was great to have two bathrooms.

3/4 of the beds were good but one of the beds was a full and the mattress was very old. The blankets for that bed was also not big enough to have two people sleep in it and the elastic in the fitted sheets for all 4 beds was worn out so the sheets would come off in the night.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Candelaria, the street is pedestrian so it's perfect to just roam around without looking for motorbikes or cars. In the morning, there is a bakery next to the hotel where you can enjoy coffee or pasterie before going on with your busy day. The place is beautiful, colonial, Spanish design, interior yard and spacious rooms. Everything is clean and the staff is very nice! We stayed 2 nights and got to enjoy the area, everything we wanted to visit is at walking distance, even Montserrate. The hotel helped us with transportation from the aéroport and zipaquira, great service and price too! Thank you for everything!

The beds are not too comfortable and there are no shampoo in the bathroom. It didn't bother us much, we were so tired after a long day of exploring Bogota but if you are there for a long stay, those are some things I would improve.

The property was just as advertised. Very conveniently located and really comfortable and clean. We had a small issue with the bathroom and were able to communicate with the staff really fast and they sent someone who dealt with it in a matter of minutes! Very responsive and attentive!

The address is a bit confusing. I recommend setting directions by using the name of the property and not the address or you might end up in a very different part of town.

Great location, helpful staff, secure, kitchenette had what I needed to make some food and keep some items in the fridge.

The only downside was when it really started pouring down rain on the 2nd night of my stay, the ceiling started leaking pretty bad and I had to use garbage bins and pots to collect the water. To be fair, I didn't reach out to staff at the time because it was already the middle of the night and I didn't want to hassle with changing rooms if I didn't have to. It was apparent the leaky spot had dropped before, though. Hopefully they get that fixed.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. First, the street is probably the best to stay on in La Candelaria. It's pedestrian-only so no worrying about cars running you over. It's mostly locals that walk it as well, so it's quiet and safe. AND it's pretty AND it has several good restaurants, little tiendas, etc. on it. You are also just a few blocks from Bolivar Square, and maybe half a mile to Museo del Oro and I think it was like 2km to the base of Monserrate. Second, the apartment itself is so lovely with all the little courtyards inside. Our room had three one-person beds and a dining table/kitchen and bathroom on the main floor, and a loft double bed with a great view of the city. The beds were firm but not bad. The room was exceptionally clean, and spacious. The employees we interacted with were very kind. Unlike many places, they did service our room while we were there as well. If I get to return to Bogota one day I would happily choose to stay here again.

1. The room didn't have a heater. That was OK for us though because we weren't there very much and they provide plenty of blankets. 2. You have to pay in cash. I would've much preferred literally any type of credit card service - Booking, PayPal, Venmo, etc. 3. It was pretty loud at night with people walking down hallways to or from their rooms. I slept through it a lot because I had ear plugs, but my SIL and Mom had trouble with it. These are really minor negatives though. We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing location. Restaurants, bakeries and cafes on your door step and Bolívar Square and museums a short walk away, the apartment was lovely and very secure. Our room had a great view of Monserrate

Only very small things I feel could improve this accommodation. An extra towel or two would have been good and maybe they could provide some basic kitchen/cooking/ toiletries essentials ( coffee, salt, hairdryer etc )

Very good location, clean and comfortable, even had a (gas) fireplace to warm up in cold Bogota evenings. Very friendly staff, cute inside garden, bed was good and it even had a little desk in case you need to work a bit. Would definitely stay again!

We had the apartment at the street side and in the weekends you can hear the people on the street a bit, but I am also a light sleeper. If you use ear plugs or have another apartment, it will not bother you I am sure. Also, in the morning when others were showering as well, there wasn’t hot water, but we just showered a bit later and then there wasn’t a problem and the shower was very good!

What a charming place. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Our loft room had some city views and a view of Monserrate. Nice thick blankets, lots of windows with darkening curtains, big thick towels, plenty of hot water for the three of us. The kitchen had fridge, microwave, pots and pans, and whatever we needed for a few meals. We loved being so near to so many museums and Plaza Bolivar. Plenty of small restaurants nearby and places for breakfast and coffee. Highly recommend for a lovely historic stay.

Beautifully decorated room in an old building in the middle of the old centre. Clean, with a well equipped pantry and working fridge, and a modern bathroom, around a small patio with a nice garden with fountain. The location is perfect, on a quiet street in a pedestrian area, but close to almost all the sights. There is not as much choice in restaurants as in Chapinero, but it's more than enough for a couple of days, and there are some great coffeeshops around. Area felt safe during the day and in the evenings. At night it's easy to take an Uber. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back here.
