Henry at Reception was about the best thing: very accommodating. Changed rooms easily to make my stay better. Other staff very polite and friendly. I stayed Jan 6-14, 2025. Location couldn’t be better: quiet street, lots of foot traffic, felt very safe. Hotel had many good features: 2 elevators, wide stairs with secure handrails, quality toilet paper, soap/conditioner dispensers are easy to use, bathroom counters are spacious, privacy and blockout shades were great, mattresses are very comfy and includes both firm and soft pillows. A large portable heater kept me very warm. Directly across the street is an excellent breakfast /lunch restaurant and pizza restaurant next to it. 30+ restaurants within in 2-3 blocks. Parque 93 is 1+ blocks away. Would stay here again!!!

Everything!!!,,, centrally located near plenty of nice restaurants and at walking distance of the Zona T & Zona rosa distric....super clean and small but efficient rooms and bathrooms,,,,, and excellent jewl of a find at a very affordable rate!! THE BEDS ARE AWESOME,,, u don't want to get up, and the SHOWERS are strong and delicious!!!!

The tiny dishes they use for breakfast make an unnecessary waste of time and multiple trips. It would be nice to have freshly brewed coffee, INSTEAD of the prepacked and not environmentally friendly individuals cups!!

All but one staff was super friendly and helpful. Room and bed were comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe, which is why it was recommended to me. Many walkable restaurants, although expensive by Colombian standards. I think for the location it is a decent value, but I haven't compared many rates.

All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful except one man who seemed impatient that I had any questions for reception - he multi-tasked at his computer without looking up while I was trying to get help with information about taxis, etc. I waited until there was a colleague working with him a bit later to ask my other questions of them instead and they were exceptionally helpful...so I take him as the exception and not the rule. The other staff was wonderful. I would overall recommend this hotel if it is the area of town you are interested in.

The hotel room was spacious and super comfortable. Breakfast downstairs was a decent selection and the team at the hotel were always very kind and helpful. I also used the gym... It's small and very basic but good to have the option.

Unfortunately my TV didn't work nor did the Bluetooth speaker to help drown some noise but not the end of the world for me. Not having AC to control the temperature in the room wasn't great but also not the end of the world.

Comfortable beds, not too noisy, complimentary coffee.

We stayed for two days, and all of the main activities were in the la south (tours, la Candelaria area, monserrate) so every time you go there you have to take an Uber or bus for 6-8km which takes a lot of time. On the other hand you're closer to Zona Rosa if you like to have a drink in the evening.

The location was excellent and the rooms comparably modern, the espresso in the rooms was good. Azahar, the cafe in front was great for breakfast/coffee/light meals. The place is two blocks from the park, but away from the bustling traffic/streets.

No AC/heater (I was fine, but some of my friends were cold in their rooms), my room was noisy, I could hear everything. They don't replenish the espresso pods, you have to buy them from the font desk.

The location was great, close by good restaurants and local food places. The room was very comfortable, nice bed. The room didn't have AC but weather is so nice in Bogota and with opening the window the room was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with local selections.

Even thought the room was great, the shower didn't drain properly and it puddled up and it was a bit of a mess the bathroom floor.

The location was excellent, walking distance from Parque 93 and a lot of restaurants we had reservations. We were lucky our room had AC, not common un Bogota. Very usefull at night since during our stay the weather was warmer than usual. Need to mention that among all of our friends, my room was the only one with AC.

It's the second time we stay here, and definitely will be back. We love this location, the staff is really kind, the breakfast is good. A great value for what you pay! We stayed in a double room, it was big enough for a family of four.

The water in the shower, it was either really hot or cold.

Great, very safe feeling area. Absolutely tons of restaurants, stores, and even a shopping mall. If you never wanted to walk more than 5 minutes you could access everything you’d need.

Only minor gripes, shower was small and only with overhead rain type showerhead, a little more difficult to use when I didn’t want to get my hair wet. The room had blackout shades which was great but they were setup just one inch too short, creating a small crack on the bottom that let in enough morning light to illuminate the whole room.
