Breakfast was excellent, great choices of fruit, eggs, omelettes, bread types, and juices. I have to give a HUGE thank you to the concierge Estefani! She went above and beyond. She helped book 2 boat tours at the last minute. More importantly, she helped me navigate some airline issues.

There was a nightclub that played pounding music which we heard in the middle of the night. We asked for a dehumidifier to drown out the base of the music.

The hotel is beautiful and well located. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Nice toiletries. The terrace on the plaza is very nice and lively and the terrace on the rooftop has an amazing view. Although it’s a big hotel it doesn’t feel crowded.

The rooms in the colonial building smelled of mold and the air conditioning was quite loud. I wouldn’t stay in one of those rooms again although very pretty. The gym smelled of sweat and d therefore we decided not to use it. It needs better natural ventilation (because it has a/c) and someone from the staff that really cares about it.

Excellent seevice.cudos to front desk agent Yarledis.she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great.a small hiccup with our room due to construction issue,she attended to us personally arranging various choices of rooms for us.always a smile and greeting! Also the waitstaff in all the restaurants were outstanding. Service in general was amazing.we will definitely visit again.

Maybe add an accent rug to finish tying up the beautiful rooms elevating the aesthetic of the room and creating some comfort on your feet when getting up from bed. Just a comment.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was historic and beautiful but the rooms were very modern and updated. The location was ideal for exploring the old city. It was heavenly to sit at night on the front plaza and enjoy the sea breeze. The food was all excellent.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Old Town, with meticulously thought out details. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent customer service - the breakfast is delicious! A slightly more expensive stay, but worth it for the location, proximity to transport, and walkability to all major tourist attractions. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. I’ve traveled to Cartagena on and off over the last 20 years. I normally stay at the Santa Clara. This is our first stay at the Santa Teresa and we will definitely be staying again.

The location and beautiful historic property. Perfectly located to explore the walled, old part of Cartagena, which has by far the most things to see. It feels like home. A great place to return to after exploring the city, which can be hot.

Everything is beautiful. The rooftop is gorgeous. Flowers are stunning.

I know that it was disclosed before, but I feel like breakfast should be included instead of separate. Considering all the other hotels nearby for less include breakfast.

Beautiful property, gorgeous rooftop pool and bar/restaurant, delicious breakfast and dinner, and extremely courteous, helpful staff. We attended a wedding in the hotel also, and it was truly amazing perfection.
