Seriously from the moment we walked through the door two beautiful ladies dressed elegantly in white with the most beautiful sincere smile were there to welcome us and check us in. All the staff were amazing with us. Breakfast was awesome and quality. Rooms were very clean and internet. Hot shower with pressure and the lovely fragrant quality body soap and shampoo/conditioner. Great working A/C. Note: we were invited by staff to use the pool and spa at their sister motel (very nice facilities) as well no charge. Super secure. The location is fabulous and of course there is a little street noise as you are in the heart of the old city and would be no different to any other place in proximity. From the balcony we could watch the people interact …horse carriages pass by etc which was so nice. I hate writing reviews but this places was certainly deserving of my time and want to encourage others wanting a sincere opinion as we also review ed when choosing this place. Great value 👍

Delirio Hotel is amazing and located right in the heart of the old town. Everybody from check-in staff to housekeeping was so nice. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Another highlight was the breakfast with fresh fruits and arepas. There is a rooftop lounge with an excellent view. I can only recommend this hotel and already look forward to my next stay here.

Nothing to complain about.

I enjoyed the local breakfast with the Araipa and plantain the options were good. All things considered it was good value for the price. My room had a small balcony overlooking the street which I enjoyed very much.

The room did not have a kettle or cups to make a cup of tea.

We were fortunate enough to get a room with a balcony overlooking one of the beautiful streets.  The hotel is clean and bright and beautiful, but really, it was the staff that made this is the perfect place to stay. All of that work genuinely friendly and helpful. The front desk people were super from the moment we arrive till the moment we left. The gentleman and woman in the breakfast area, were fantastic. Not only friendly, but on cue with coffee and amazing omelettes and fruit. This was a great choice and probably the Highlight of our Cartagena trip

The location was central.

English wasn’t easy but patience and kindness was. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The location was ideal. Everything seemed close, the action was so easily accessible, restaurants etc etc. I am recommending Delirio, 4 star facility, 5 star service, location and breakfast.

Great location and family feel with excellent staff. Very comfortable rooms and beds, sound proof and very safe street and area.

For us, breakfast was too hyped but they still made eggs your way. Just needed more vegetables vs lots of fruit.

Like its location walking distance to main turistic attractions. Didn’t like safe box didn’t have key to close it and wrong button instructions. Closet hangers too high even for a 1.75 m person. Shower missing antisliding rug.

Wonderful staff. The kitchen staff was outstanding, they went far beyond offering us all kinds of choices from typical arepa de huevo , to omelets with all sorts of breads and bakery .

i expected more from the rooms, very standard simple room, ours was missing a phone, we had issues with our toilet when we arrived but it was fixed in a timely manner. the sink wasn’t in the bathroom it was in the bedroom which was weird

Great location in the heart of the historical center of Cartagena. Staff were nice and helpful. Good breakfast . They don’t have a pool but they have a partner hotel close by that you can go is you consume at the bar or restaurant . Good breakfast.
