Everything was fabulous! This is a real 5-star hotel. - Staff was amazing, nice, helpful. They pay attention to details, to what you eat and drink at breakfast - breakfast is delicious, fruits are amazing, pancakes, French toasts… the best breakfast ever. - rooms are spacious, quiet, clean. - beds are great, we slept so well - the decoration of the hotel is beautiful, it feels like home - location is perfect: in El Centro, close to everything I wish I could have stayed more

Beyond the lovely facilities and perfect location (in the city centre but without the noise), attentive and professional staff, we particularly loved the breakfast setting that fosters conversation and allows you to meet new and interesting people. This led us to enjoy a marvellous day, visiting beaches on the hotel's boat Libelula (warm thanks to the captain and his assistant for a smooth ride) with fellow guests, ended by a tasty lunch and cocktails in Agua Baru.

The property was beautiful and the location good.

It took 15 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom. That may have been because we were the only guest and on the 3rd floor, but given the price point that was rather inconvenient. Also the Internet went down for the last third of our stay. Not their fault, but some sort of compensation could have been offered.

I dont know where to start - what a fantastic place. The location, the building and the food were all fantastic. What really makes this place special though is the staff who made us feel special for our whole stay. We had part of our honeymoon there and they helped and made a magical time. Could not recommend this place more.

Breakfast was made to order and the coffee was divine! I loved the fruit to start and the fresh juice. Watch out for the mosquitos though! They swarmed me as soon as I sat down. Put on your repellant first.

I wish my room had a desk. I was working remotely for a few days and I had to go to the common areas to work. No biggie since there weren't any other guests at the pool, bar, lounge, etc. but it would have been nice.

Wonderfully located property. Everything was new and clean. The breakfast was great. Nice toiletries.

The fan in our bathroom was incredibly loud. Some staff members were unfriendly and seemed to hate tourists or as if they were forced to work. Not a 5 star hotel staff. Our window overlooked the hallway and we were unlucky because other quests living next to us and opposite us were loud and inconsiderate. They even hanged out in their room with open door and one person was sitting under our window and chatting on the phone… The hotel tied to assist, and it’s not their fault. However be mindful that the walls are thin and you can hear a lot.

Soledad and Jorge went overboard to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable that we overslept. The room was described as having "twin beds" but they were actually queen sized beds and the room was huge. There was a ton of space for 2 people to put both folded and hanging clothes. The rain head shower was delightful. The decor in the common area utilized natural elements. The artwork and music in the common area provided a really cool vibe. The location was perfect. The hotel is really close to great restaurants but far enough away from the frenetic areas. Its proximity to the wall makes it easy to pop up on top to watch the sunset.

The staff was cordial, professional and helpful. When our ac was acting oddly, they immediately responded and fixed it. The room was lovely and spacious., The breakfast was delicious .Every morning they asked "what would you like for breakfast " which was a bit odd without know the options. The location was excellent

This boutique hotel is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the old town of Cartagena. It is strategically positioned in a quiet but accessible part of the old town and is nearby to the center, restaurants and other points of interests. We loved everything about our stay here, the hotel staff were so lovely and always helpful. If you're thinking about booking this place, go for it! You won't be disappointed.
