I found that everyrhing is this property and staff was outstanding. The staff was excellent and helpful with any additional questions I had. The restaurant staff during breakfast were attentive and caring. The rooms themselves were gorgeous and clean. Anything that I needed help with was met with exceptional customer service and propriety. I would recommend this property to anyone who us looking to have a high level of care and quiet space to explore Cartagena.

The location was great! Generally the property was nice

After a couple days stay, our room developed a leak in the closet . As a result some of our clothes got wet. We reported it to front desk and requested to be moved to an upgraded room for our inconveniences. We were moved however, we were told no upgraded rooms were available. We had scheduled massages for two people and requested those to be complimented. I was told that my request was approved; however, upon checking out, both massages were being charged to my room . When I inquired about the charges, I was told that they can only remove the charge for one of the massages. I was not happy about that. That was not good customer service!

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at the Movitch. 15 days after we booked, they contacted us to say that they had a computer issue and there were no rooms for us. HOWEVER, they completely did right by us. They not only gave us a voucher to come eat at the restaurant, they also put us up in a beautiful hotel down the street and upgraded us (Charleston Santa Theresa). Thank you Movitch! We will highly recommend both of the hotels!

Great room - comfortable bed, awesome air conditioning, spacious. The breakfast was outstanding! Order off a menu vs buffet. Everything was good. Staff super responsive and helpful. Great location in old city. Only drawback was the band that plays in the square are loud. But they stopped playing around 9ish. Nothing the hotel can do about it. The location of property was short walk to all the activities we did.

The location of this hotel is perfect. What makes this hotel special is the staff. Special shout out to Nelson at the front desk who was amazing and went above and beyond! He helped us with all of our dinner reservations, excursions, and even helped us find a dentist for a dental emergency! Nelson, thank you for making our vacation so special and for being the absolute best!

Wonderful staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel. They answered all of our questions, spoke English without difficulty. The staff also provided suggestions that we enjoyed quite a lot, for example additional restaurants to try. The location made it easy for us to navigate the city and yet have sufficient quiet (we were a family) at night time. The free breakfasts were delicious and included made-to-order items (including local casseroles) far superior to most buffets you get. The roof-top views impressed us a lot!

The gym needs heavier weights than 15lbs / 7kg, also I wish the gym had double the size. I used it at the same time as another person, and we fit well, however an additional person would have made exercise difficult.

Great property. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped set up a birthday bouquet and flowers for my wife. Turned out great. Cleaning staff was thorough and helpful. Rooftop pool was my go-to every chance I had some down time.

Perfect location in historic district around the corner from boliver square and gold museum. 2 minutes from lots of stores and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Rooftop bar was fun. Massages great and inexpensive.

The staff are very nice and friendly trying always to serve and help. The location is perfect and the rooms are very big and comfortable. Sidney was great smiling and helpful .

The breakfast room is to dark. The hotel look like it need a renovation, it looks tired. The gym should be with better equipment and renew it looks. many rooms are facing a wall.
